not wireless for xbox

I’ve read a lot of other people have the same problem. For the price this shouldn’t be an issue. Basically makes competitive gaming not an option. I used razer products for everything, and I’m in the process of switching over to Logitech as a result of this.

Poor audio quality and cheap feel

The audio sounds flat and lacks any depth. The plasticy build feels cheap and creaks when you move at all. I'd rather have an amazing wired headset for the price, rather than settling for a poorly made wireless.

Please if you know how to fix this give me a reply.

You could plug it in to your controller but then that defeats the purpose of being “wireless”. Wrongly advertised by BestBuy and the manufacturer themselves.
