Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the BlackShark V2 Pro's exceptional sound quality and comfortable design. Many also praise its long battery life and lightweight feel, making it enjoyable for extended gaming sessions. However, some users mention the price point as a potential drawback, and a few express concerns about the wireless range and software experience. While some aspects require improvement, the positive feedback on audio and comfort is prominent.

    Awesome Headset

Very comfortable on the ears. Set up was easy and had software that is beneficial to gaming. The battery life is beyond what was expected ! I have yet to "drain" the battery during extended use. I like the auto shut off if there is no sound detected after a set amount time. This is definitely a "win" in my opinion.

    DO NOT BUY, HORRIBLE STATIC!

I went from krakens to these crap. Watched a bunch of reviews, no one mentioned how bad the static on input and output audio would be. Don’t waste your money on these. You could buy something better for the same amount of money or even less. It’s sad how bad razors products have become, must be a quality and control issue.

Not sure how there are not more reviews about this but the mic actually sounds awful. I bought A new mic because my old Razer sounded so bad and this one is much worse. My friends told me there is a constant noise that plays through the mic and I sound like an extremly low budget airline pilot. I let one of my friends borrow it so I could hear just how bad it sounds and I was blown away at the poor quality... It actually sounded like an Xbox 360 gamechat. Safe to say if you are buying to talk to anyone, Avoid this product, avoid all Razer headsets for that matter. I am 0/3 on Razer headsets

The headset is decent but I had one just as good for $50. I cant find a competitor to the steel series so I went back to it. I'll be returning this. The mic was horrible as all my buddies greatly complained.

Audio is okay but mic just doesn’t work. This is so annoying specially when you play team games and you have to talk. Buyers remorse can’t even return them now

Awful in terms of connectivity. Constantly disconnects from PC despite only being 10in away from the dongle. DO NOT BUY. LOGITECH AND OTHER OFFERS MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCES.

DO NOT BUY. The headset lasted about 2 days before it constantly echoed. Could not use while playing with friends. My $15 turtle beach head set had better volume. Constantly cut out.

Maybe I have a bad headset but the range on this headset is somewhat lacking. I’ve used other wireless razer headsets and the new ps5 headset and all of these ranges are substantially better. The volume nob is also obnoxiously large

Best Buy website advertises this as a wireless Xbox headset. I purchased and found out wireless capability is not available with Xbox. Best Buy need to do proper product research and not lie directly on their website and waste everyone’s time.

I was pumped to upgrade my headset and chose this as my first option. I was very disappointed to find out that it doesn’t actually have wireless on Xbox series S.

I can't write a review on the product seeing as it was stolen by the third party delivery company bestbuy uses for same-day delivery, product was stolen and no refund was ever even issued by Bestbuy which is even more infuriating.

So, I got this so that I could have wireless headset capability with my Xbox. What was not mentioned was that in order to use this with Xbox, you have to use a 3.5mm WIRED connection. So…. What’s the point?? Works wireless with PC, so yay….? Stupid and misleading marketing. Returning immediately..

As of right now I would not recommend this product. I got this for Christmas and immediately had problems with the side tone. It's pretty much non existent. I contacted customer support and after changing a few settings in Synapses I was able to hear a little bit more so I was ok with it. I have only had this for just over 3 months and it now sounds like my speakers are blown out. There is a crackling sound/ vibration in both earpieces and the right side has significantly lower volume. I am in contact wit support currently to see if we can resolve this issue.
