The headband is well-padded it's light enough to use for several hours. The sound quality is very good woth both game sounds and voices coming through clearly.

The headset is just under 1 year old and today it stopped charging. It seems that this device may have some quality issues with the charging port. I have submitted a support request to Razer. For this price I would expect it to last more than 11 months.

The directions provided by Razer damaged my computer, and now I have no sound. Razer's support delayed more than 30 days to admit they were not able to solve it and made me lose the return deadline. Additionally, Razer refused to change the headphones for a compatible model, offering the same non-compatible headphone as a replacement.

Ordered online and it says it does and the box says otherwise. I even went online and it says it only works with the aux wire. Not okay. I literally bought it because I wanted a wireless headset.

He uses for gaming as well as for dyslexia voice to text. Neither work well, the microphone broke shortly after the 15 day return period and the size is huge. So they fall off.
