Okay headset

The bass has issues in windows so make sure your sound in windows is set to 80. This fixed those issues which in my opinion shouldn’t be a problem to begin with. Then the mic quality is not great. I’d look at other headsets in this price range for sure.

Crap

Tried filling a claim with Razer but they make you go thru so many loops in order to file a claim. I spent too much money for these to only work a few months. I ended up getting a blue yeti microphone that works great and Logitech still hasn't let me down.

Comfortable enough for a 4 hour session but beyond that and it starts to dig into your ears. A negative is that it doesn't have USB C charging and uses the older micro USB charging. Overall, good for my kids.

Wireless range is terrible

In a space <1000 sq ft and open doors, this was unable to transmit sound no matter what I did. The mic quality felt a bit cheap too, considering what I spent on it.

However, the battery would not last over an hour. I use it for back to back online meetings so I had to return for one that had better battery life.

One time the metal rods that hold the ear cups are bent out the box
