Special audio is worse than my kraken headset. Sound quality was not what I expected from a razer product.

This headset does not work for Xbox only pc ps4 and switch.

Sound ok, but if you have a mac cpu you can not adjust sound. Software is not supported on a mac.

Does not work on XBOX. Despite the title stating it is.

DO NOT BUY FOR XBOX. The USB dongle doesn’t work with Xbox series X

Poor sound quality. Mic was all but unusable. Get cheaply constructed. Ended up returning.

These are not wireless with xbox. Only pc and Playstation.

Trash. They lasted a few months now they won’t even turn on.

Mute button gets hit easily and the mic comes out. It also causes my computer to not have sound when it wakes up from sleeping. Some conflict with windows I am guessing.

sound is good, charge lasts a good amount of time, I use these for work. Just wish they had better bass boosting, but overall a comfortable headset to wear.

Fantastic headphones, but only an alright mic. I've played with the mic settings on Razer Synapse a whole lot, and I've got them optimized to its best, but it isn't great still. Comfort level is great and sound quality is nice. A weird little issue, if you use a USB hub, don't plug the wireless connector for the headphones into it. It causes all sorts of weird issues, like stopping videos and streams from being able to run, and then it also causes a lot of sound and mic issues too. So there is that side note.

Sound quality 8/10 - it's a very good headset if you wanna hear footsteps in games with the 360 spacial audio it has gotten me many kills Microphone quality 10/10 - my last headset sounded horrible it beeped alot but this mic is amazing I love it it's a def buy if your looking for a headset to last Comfort 9/10 - my only complaint is that after 3-4 hours my ears start to hurt but very good! Battery 9/10 - with how much I play it's very very nice to have a headset that lasts for that long! 10/10 overall I've had this headset for about 4 months now and let me tell you it's amazing, and thank you razer for the amazing headset, and thank you best buy for the easy shipping!

Great set of headphones for the price. This is the 2020 model and they work perfectly for my situation, sharing an office space with a couple loud persons. The passive cancelling actually do a pretty good job on these, just as long as you are listening to some music. They're not perfect. They still get the job done, I went with Razer because of their comfortable form factor.

Pros: good sound quality, Battery lasts a few days without charging Cons:uses micro usb to charge and its a pain to get in the port, you wont be getting a usb c charging cable/port unlike most competitor headphones, microphone doesnt stay in place when you manipulate it.

so i actully really like these these are good and better headphones but to compair to the logitech g733 they are just like them but these are bettter to wear on how they are they feel good on them when wearing them the sound is good but my disapointment that razer should of added a bluetooth contection with series x to pair them with your controller idk if theres an opinion to these headphones these headphones are way much better then the orginal wired one i had my review on these headphones 5.4
