Just what i needed. Fits nicely, sound quality is great and price was awesome

I find the audio crisp and clean with its own volume control I don't need to always rely doing it with a mouse, range is good zero complaints.

Simply amazing. I play a lot of audio cued games (Valorant, Apex Legends, Warzone) and this wireless headset has definitely helped with reactionary gaming. Price is somewhat higher than other wireless headsets but definitely a good piece if money is not an issue.

Garbage software and connectivity. Constantly disconnects and reconnects from work he beginning, causing sound to cut out and a massively annoying beeping. Sound quality is good but it’s overall unusable. Razed should recall these headphones and refund anyone who has bought them. Never made a tech purchase I have regretted more in my life.

The sound quality is amazing and I love the fact that it is wireless! It makes my setup look so much more clean and is a great collection to my headphones

Quite comfortable but it wouldn't connect to my computer wirelessly or with a wire. The Bluetooth worked on my phone but that's not what I needed them for.

The BlackShark V2 Pro is not good. The sound quality may be good, but there is no sidetone. I went into Razer synapse and cranked the sidetone setting (or microphone monitoring) to 100, and had to crank the knob on the side to max. The sidetone is almost non-existent. Coupled with the fact that these cancel noise, I feel like I am in a fishbowl. This is a common review feedback for this headset. I tried to look into the new Razer Kraken wireless headphones, and I see that those also have the same issue with sidetone. This is a big issue. I hate to say that yet again Razer is doing dumb stuff. Sidetone is an indispensable part of voice communication in games. I originally thought about giving this a higher rating like a 2, because the sound quality is good. But generally people use headsets like these to communicate in games. Sidetone seems minor, until it isn’t there, then you realize how indispensable it is. I wouldn’t listen to any five star reviews on this headset. I cannot imagine how they could give this a high rating when there is no microphone monitoring. Whether this is some attempt at “innovation” or not, it feels like a massive oversight. All I wanted was a wireless headset to get rid of some wires. My old Astros are falling apart. I am warning whoever reads this. The complete lack of sidetone is a deal breaker. I will be using my broken Astros while I look into something else. These are being returned. Would not recommend.

The headset is good and built quality is amazing. But they advertise is at all console wireless which isn’t the case. I have both ps5 and xbox but why not work on xbox as well.

The audio is good and so is the microphone. It took 3 days for it to get here which was early then it was suppose to.
