Very good headset. Would recommend it. Only thing is the audio is slightly less compared to the wired but fairly the same and very efficient.

Comfortable even wearing glasses. The memory foam is very comfortable for long hours of play. Its not the lightest headgear but has a nice weight to it, with titanium-ware which keeps it lighter while maintaining strength.

The sound is great but the headset can not maintain the wireless connection it needs. It has consistent mini-drops where it loses its connection for about half of a second which might not seem that bad...until you hear the beeping of an on/off tone in your ear ever other minute.

I wish I could write one positive thing about these headphones. Well, actually. The battery life. That's it. That's the only positive thing. I bought these because of the raving reviews from not only consumers but professional websites. But I'm constantly hearing static during calls, videos, and video games. They disconnect pretty consistently regardless of where the bluetooth dongle is plugged in in my computer. I saw that there was a firmware update to solve the static issue. But I cannot install it, it doesn't recognize the headphones being plugged in despite razer central recognizing them. Messing with the sound settings only seems to make the static worse. I'm so frustrated because I threw the box out almost immediately after purchasing them and these headphones are trash. I wish I could return them. Now I'm stuck with a pair of 200 dollar trash headphones.

I would give zero stars . Its all hype an ur just paying for branding. Everyone said these are betrer than steal series so i fell for the hype and bought these for ps5 . Can immediately tell the trash audio quality. Just to make sure i swapped back an forth multiple times between these and my hyper x stinger wireless ($80 pair ) and the hyper x headset just blew it out of the water .... not even an hour with the headset i was disgusted. Repackaged and returned immediately, echanged for and waited for delivery for a piar of hyper x flight s wireless (same price as v2 and 2 times as many features) . Waaaaay better quality. I get chills from the clarity

I still enjoy the headphones, and think their sound quality is very good. However, due to my own fault, I dropped the transceiver dongle in a place where it will never be recovered. I got in touch with the mfg to order a replacement part only to find that they do not have any and could not tell me when they would be available. There only suggestion was to check back on their website periodically to see when they will be available. In my opinion, not the best way to support your product. I will never purchase a product from them again and strongly suggest "Buyer beware"

I don't hate the hardware on this kit, it's honestly not bad for what you get. What makes me want to throw this thing in the dumpster is the software associated with the sound & microphone. No, Razer, I don't want to use THX spatial surround sound to muddy up the entire sound design of this thing. Quit suggesting it by default with a giant CAUTION sign if I dont do that. Just let this thing come out of the box with GOOD default settings! Why does the microphone have to have an equalizer assigned to it that unironically filters out 100% of the bass in your voice by default? And why is it that when I save these EQ settings, they don't stay? Plenty of other companies have made settings with profiles that actually save to the hardware itself in memory, instead of locally on my machine where if a bit gets flipped by cosmic radiation (or more likely I just rebooted my PC...) it'll set ALL of my settings back to default god awful sounding microphone. I'm going to go back to a Steelseries headset. At least they can package their software to not give me horrible sound out of the box.

If you are looking for a true wireless headphones then these are not it. After a few weeks I noticed it would beep because of connection issues. The dongle isn’t far, I did everything to fix the issue (update driver, move dongle, etc) nothing really helped. If you don’t mind having to plug it in all the time then you’ll probably love it. But I wanted a wireless headset.

Just buoght this as a replacement for my headset that stopped working after less than 5 months of use. Havent even had them a week and the dreaded beeping interupts and annoys me while i try to game. Like cant I buy a headset under 200 bucks before tax and it actuqlly be worth it? Technology really needs some work if connectivity has so many problems it beeps while i game. I am giving it one more day and if it keeps up im just returning them.

Bought it because I wanted a gaming headset for my computer. This Razer wireless headset loses connection to its dongle from feet away while at full charge. I’m sitting at my desk with the dongle connected less than 4 feet away and the headset beeps that it’s losing connection. I should’ve bought a pair of Astros a50s. I use those on Xbox and never had an issue.

Mic quality is slightly bad for this expensive of a headset, otherwise very good!
