Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the BlackShark V2 Pro's exceptional sound quality and comfortable design. Many also praise its long battery life and lightweight feel, making it enjoyable for extended gaming sessions. However, some users mention the price point as a potential drawback, and a few express concerns about the wireless range and software experience. While some aspects require improvement, the positive feedback on audio and comfort is prominent.

    Got unlucky I guess

Started off working great, but now they will not stay connected. It is so miserably annoying it is ridiculous. It will start glitching the music and then beep and disconnect and then reconnect and disconnect and you cannot do anything from the synapse interface because it will not stay connected long enough for you to even go into its settings to see what is wrong. These are problems you should not be having with $179 headphones

    PC Software Issues

I purchased this at BB. After I had it for a month I started experiencing issues with the software. The spatial settings would never save properly, and every time I turned on the headset the Razer software would pop up and show the wrong settings. I called the manufacturer a couple times and they couldn't figure it out and prompted me to give a video recording of the issue and send it to their team. I do not recommend for pc.

Looking for a great wireless headset for xbox series x this is not it. So much false advertisement. I paid 165$ expecting a decent wireless headset and go comeplete garbage for a headset. 10/10 would not recommend Should have went with the turtle beach stealth 700 like i had in the past.

    Do Not Purchase

Do not buy this product. I purchased this headset being that I haven't had any problems with Razer in the past and use a Razer m&k. Unfortunately, this headset had a problem with a rattling noise coming from the left earpiece. I swapped the headset out for a new one. After receiving it and using less than 20 minutes a constant static came out of the left earpiece...of course I tried using the mixer and adjusting settings within synapse and windows...no luck. Save your money. My Logitech from 10 years ago is still kicking just fine.

    Disconnect and Reconnect on Repeat

This headset is really good (when it works). When it works its good but it works less than 1% of the time where all I'll hear is disconnect and reconnect on repeat.

    Not worth the Price

    Posted .

I had looked up various headsets with a friend and we thought this might be a good replacement for my previous Turtle Beach 600 Stealth. The design is comfortable as long as you do not talk. The noise-isolating is sub-par and you will hear yourself talk. This for me is a deal-breaker. As well the sound quality is also subpar as both music and voice sound like it is coming out of a box. I compare this sound quality to Omni headphones you could get for 40 bucks at Walmart. Just look elsewhere for headsets as this company needs to return to the drawing board.

    Terrible Bluetooth connection

Sound is fine. Nothing special. The problem is the Bluetooth connection is good for about eight feet. I can be in line of sight and still loose connection. All of my wireless headphones have been fine from much farther distances. It is ridiculously bad. Other people have had the same issue.

    NOT XBOX COMPATIBLE

I give this a one star review not because of the headset but because of Best Buy it’s self. So I had got tired of using a wired headset so I bought a wireless one and Best Buy says that this is an Xbox compatible headset. Well I try getting it to connect to my Xbox to later find out that the headset box says Pc, Mac, PlayStation, and Switch. DEFINABLE IS NOT XBOX COMATIBLE

The 2.4 GHZ USB receiver will sometimes cut the audio sometimes, it’ll go in and out with even having all drivers updated with windows and razer.

Good Headset but Horrible Manufacturer Support

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

This headset cannot be used without the USB dongle included. If this dongle is lost or damaged Razer does not stock replacements. A $180 headset becomes junk when a $20 receiver is lost or damaged. Over the course of the last year Razer has not stocked replacement dongles.
