Pro in the name, but fair warning, this will not make you a pro, That needs to be put on the box. If it was then it would be five stahs.

The mic quality is mid sound quality mid its just very medium level. There are better headsets for less and with better user help. There is a application dedicated to making these headphones work "best" but its 20$something dollars. I tried it (there is a seven day trial) it does make them work better in my opinion but again there is better. Also I did try to purchase that software but it did not go through even when I did contact support. Literally promise you with more research you'd be happier elsewhere. I watched multiple videos on this headset before I purchased but maybe it just was not for me. Had it for almost 6 months just really not cutting it for me.

The only issue I’ve experienced is that if you leave the microphone on mute when you power the headset off, the monitoring will start again when you turn the headset back on, making it sound like the headset isn’t muted anymore.

The only complaint I have with it is the comfort. It starts to feel very heavy on my head after about an hour of use, and isn't the greatest feeling headset.
