I was looking for a good headset that was wired, so i did the research for one , and this is by far one of the best ones, especially for the price. I bought for "fps" first person shooters games, and i really like that you can hear the foot steps all around you, so i really recommend this one. Plus you dont have to worry about charging your headset.oh and the heaset is very comfortable.

If you're in the market for some wired headphones, you cant go wrong with these. good articulation, comfort and sound with the sounds card in a lightweight package.

I previously had headphones with leather ear pads and my ears would get really hot within the first hour of gaming and I would have to take them off. These ones have a cloth ear pad and stay cool for the most part for a while. Very comfortable with glasses as well. I really like the volume button side as well really turns up the intensity when you need to listen very closely. My only complaint about them is the suspension system to adjust the the headphones to head it’s kind of clunky and not as smooth as you would like but once you get them set you are good. Just hard to adjust them. Overall very good headphones for 100 dollars got them because they work for all consoles and PC. Recommend

So I picked this up to possibly be an improvement over the HyperX Cloud 2 USB headset I purchased years ago. In a few ways it works as well if not better but in other ways this isn't the headset many websites make it out to be. Pros: - sound (both playback and record [headset and mic]) are quite good. - THX Spatial Audio is nice once you get it working with the headset. - Better Discord compatibility than with any HyperX headset - Sits light on the head and is quite comfortable - Price is affordable and at $99.99 it's good bang for the buck Cons: - Synapse software may be good for mice, still needs improvements with headsets. Synapse makes getting the headset working at all sometimes very finicky - Sometimes the headset when plugged in will work off of the Razer Sound Card audio source in Windows. Sometimes the headset will work off of the THX Spatial Audio audio source. Thanks to Synapse, you never know which one until you plug it in. Final thoughts: Overall, if you're quite tech savvy you should be able to get Razer Synapse's to play nice with you and keep this headset working consistently. Those who can work with tech really well this is a good buy. I wouldn't recommend this headset to anyone who is not technologically inclined or at least educated in tech otherwise Synapse could give you headaches...and possible stomach aches.

The headset has great sound and great comfort for its price point. The THX audio makes it so that sounds don't sound far away or too close. Great also for use with the switch as well without the THX adapter. Would recommend. As for comfort. My gripe about low priced headsets is that they use uncomfortable materials like pleather that create too much heat. The V2s fix that with a very comfortable soft and breathable fabric. Razer really did well with this one and it has a gread finish and cool look. Gamers get this headset.

Overall, a very good headset to use for games, although spatial audio integration feels like it reduces the quality of audio in order to achieve a spatial profile when enabled. When disabled, the audio output is pretty good for listening to music and other things. Noise canceling is only okay, but I don't mind that personally as I prefer to be aware of things happening around me. The mic is also decent, but I'd recommend getting a separate mic of higher value if you were looking to record audio for various projects. Overall, the Razer Blackshark V2 headset is worth its price point, and my only complaint is having to deal with Razer's software when managing audio options.

The Razer Blackshark is a well-built, robust headset, with a spring steel headband extending down to the ear cup brackets. Comfortable fabric ear pads don't make me sweat like plastic ones do. Closed back ear cups provide excellent sound isolation.The volume control on the left ear cup is reminiscent of the old David Clark aviation headset I wore in my Air Force days. The USB adapter dongle works well, and the braided fabric-covered cable is flexible and comfortable. All in all a very good quality headset with features like some three times the price.

Lightweight. Very comfortable. Removable mic. The 7.1 is awesome playing games because you can hear directional sounds. Excellent sound quality. Best of all, I love the USB sound adapter, you get better quality than onboard motherboard sound. Be patient, goes on sale often. Don't pay full price.

I have been using this headset for about a month now. I have owned multiple headsets from low to high-end and this has to be the most comfortable headset. It's great all around for music, and of course gaming. Razer Synapse provides an abundance of features for you to customize your sound to perfection. Side-tone IS available and it's good, but when you speak too close to the mic it sounds slightly fuzzy. This is easily combated by raising your side-tone volume, and speaking with the mic about 1-3 inches away from your mouth. Highly recommend!

Decent noise cancelling and comfort from ear pads. Fabric pads makes it much softer than some leather ones for over-ear headphones which is relevant to me since I have 1/2” gauges. Dial on left side for volume control is nice. Wish the mute button was in-line or had a better indicator when enabled/disabled. Cable is relatively short compared to other headsets I’ve had by same manufacturer. So much so that I feel it’s a detriment to the overall product. Mic is functional but nothing special good or bad to it.

There are so many options, I was really wondering which ones would be best for me. These have been a great decision, so far! The fit is nice, and the headphones are light. I love the look. The USB sound card works well and adds pretty solid 7.1. I like the cloth ear cups too. I think they are easier on the ears and cooler than leather/vinyl types. Although the mic is supposedly a weak point, I haven't had any issues on my zoom calls. I haven't used the mic for multiplayer yet though.

Really great headphones. The sound quality is amazing, and very loud which is something I value in my headphones. Microphone works great too, friends could understand me clearly, and you can remove the microphone when you’re not chatting which was great. Also the oval shaped headphones were great on my ears, very comfortable in comparison to the circular ones. Got for $75 on sale which is a great value but would have been happy to spend $100.

Great headset. Comfortable. I bought them since their design is like my shooting earmuffs. Surround sound works well. Noise cancelling but doesn't sound strangely empty. I had this issue with a cheap set I bought off Amazon. I heard absolutely nothing when nothing was playing and I couldn't hear myself talk at all so I ended up yelling very loud. These have a driver so hearing yourself is adjustable. Also it works with PS4 controller if you plug it into the controller. It doesn't work if you use the USB driver

I have always been on razers team for gaming headphones and I have noticed that they are coming out with better and better headphones for cheaper. I used to own 2 pairs of Kraken V2 heaphones and I will say that I enjoy these headphones much more. The sound is phenomenal and I do not get uncomfortable wearing them even with my glasses on for extended amounts of time. I think that these are some of the best headphones razer has right now at an affordable cost. Dont scoff at the 100-120 price tag, its very much worth it.

A great overall headset for a first pair. But for more experienced players with a higher demand for quality, keep looking. The bass and sound quality is not on a level of other headphones at or near the same price. I’ve also experienced low volume levels on consoles, but it is not an issue on pc. The microphone, however, is actually amazingly good. Very crisp sound, low background noise, and easy to turn on/off. If your looking for a decent headset below $100, these will do great. But if you need more and can spend more, definitely not your cup of tea.

Highly impressed with this headset. The sound quality is really good and very comfortable for long term gaming. For the price you cant beat this headset. One thing i really like is the noise cancelling it does very well. No extra noise comes through.

This headset is great. It’s durable, holds up to my sons who tend to be a little rough on head sets. They both have had theirs for about a year now and still going strong. Great sound, clear chat, and my one son uses it on his computer and Xbox . Definitely recommend.
