I am writing this review a month after buying and owning this pair of headphones. The sound quality, mic clarity, and build quality are pretty good. They are really comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I can't say I have any issues with them. They've been smooth sailing since I got them out of the box and plugged in.

Sound quality is pretty good for the price, and the microphone is not half bad either. The real stand out is the comfort. I have a big head, and so usually headphones don't fit comfortably but these I could wear for hours.

I had a Logitech - G733 prior to this headset and the volume knob went out on it, then I started getting sudden basting static sounds coming from it. I suspected it was a short in the headset and it was. So I got the BlackShark V2 X as a replacement. Right away I liked the comfort of it, though it felt a little small even for an average size head. It almost seems like it was made for a teenager. Over weeks time I noticed it fit better and over more time it started to lay on the top of my ears slightly bending them down. This was very uncomfortable. I literally had to put a rag under the band to keep it from hurting the top of my head and ears. I've had to do this with most headsets though. The sound was great to me, but I'm no audiophile so take that at face value. I have no issues determining the position of anyone in shooters. I can't really say much more than that. However I am currently having yet more audio issues that I believe is the headset yet again. Because of these issues I think the durability is garbage. Even if my audio issues isn't the headset my opinion wont change. The wire started twisting up on itself the first week I used it. This is why I think my current issues are a short in the wire as this kind of thing will cause that. The weird thing is my game audio seems fine but whenever in a voice chat no matter the software used it eventually causes my voice to cut out. To the point where only one word can be heard of a sentence. I resort to speaking one word every few seconds to get around it. So would I recommend this headset? Probably not, for long term definitely not. If you want it for a quick replacement till you find the right one for you it will do for a little while, but expect issues after 6 months in. I've had mine for just over a year now and I have all these issues. At the time I got it I probably would have given it a 4 out of 5 for the money spent. Now that's more like a 3 out of 5. This is based off my suspicion that my issues are all because of that cheap wire. I'm never going wired headset again. Corsair never really let me down with their products so my next one will be the HS80 MAX.

Amazing audio quality and extremely comfortable. For the price, I believe its very worth it if you're looking for a high quality headset for gaming without breaking the bank.

This headset has not disappointed me since I opened it out of the box. The sound quality is pretty solid for its price point, and the bass is incredible. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because the mic is pretty mediocre. It can do the job, but it does sound a bit cheap. This is still an amazing headset if you're on a budget, and especially if you don't need a mic or already have a dedicated mic.

A wonderful choice for its price. Use it for gaming on the Xbox X and the sound is crystal clear and loud. It also is very noise-cancelling as I can't hear much outside of the headset when its one. The mic is not detachable. The headset itself is comfortable for me and I love the pink color!

I’ve been having this headset since 2023 and it still is working very good. A big pro that I like about the headset is that it fits very comfortably on my head and doesn’t cause my head or ears to hurt after wearing it for an extended time. The audio is very clear and you can adjust the volume as well as mute your mic with a button. I highly recommend this headset to anyone looking for one. The pink color is very pretty <3

It’s a good pair of headphones…my only issue and the only reason why I don’t give it a 5 star is because they fold to the side so it’s kind of annoying…but sound quality it’s great, microphone quality it’s good but it requires some work trying to tweak it between the game sound and console sound settings but once you have it to your liking you’ll be satisfied…many people argue that you have to charge them even though they have to connect to the controller but I find it to have a better quality when they are fully charged and they loose some quality when the battery is drain. Overall it’s a bang for your buck

Husband loves them. Every year I buy my husband a new set of headphones due to our kids breaking them. I normally buy turtle beaches bc thats what he prefered. I got these on sale and he definitely loves these more than the turtle beaches. The sound is great, mic quality isnt quite to his standard but they are very durable and work great.

So comfortable and cute !!! The headset feels like a pillow in my head and the surround sound and sound quality is great, I can make call outs for enemy foot steps way before any of my teammate can. I highly recommend this headset because of all of that and the price. Definitely the best in this price range.

Love these for the headset themselves, but the cord extender that came with doesn’t really work for me. Sound is in and out and people can’t hear me. That is my only problem though! I love the headset, the sound is great, they’re comfortable and microphone quality is an upgrade from my basic headset I had previously.

I have a large head, (7 7/8"). Headsets that fit are few and far between. These are comfortable. It would be nice if they were slightly larger, but they still are very comfortable. Yep, good sound ect.

The Razer BlackShark V2 X in white delivers impressive audio quality, comfort, and versatility at a very competitive price point. Designed for gamers who want clear communication and immersive sound without breaking the bank, this wired headset works seamlessly across PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Audio performance is a standout feature — the Razer TriForce 50mm drivers produce crisp highs, rich mids, and punchy bass, making in-game soundscapes feel more detailed and engaging. Whether you’re tracking enemy footsteps in a shooter or enjoying cinematic background music, the sound is well-balanced and precise. The cardioid microphone does a great job isolating your voice from background noise, ensuring teammates hear you clearly. While it’s not detachable, it’s flexible enough to position comfortably, and voice pickup is clean for both casual gaming and competitive matches. Comfort is another strong point. The memory foam ear cushions with breathable fabric keep the headset comfortable for long sessions, and its lightweight build (just 240g) prevents fatigue. The all-white finish gives it a sleek, modern look that stands out without being flashy. Being a wired headset, there’s no need to worry about battery life, and it’s simply plug-and-play with any 3.5mm-compatible device. The only trade-off is that it lacks surround sound features found in higher-end models, but for stereo gaming audio, it’s excellent for the price. Pros: Clear, balanced audio with Razer TriForce 50mm drivers Lightweight and comfortable for long gaming sessions Crisp, noise-isolating cardioid microphone Universal 3.5mm compatibility across platforms Stylish and clean white design Cons: No detachable mic Stereo only, lacks built-in surround sound Wired connection means no wireless freedom Verdict: The Razer BlackShark V2 X in white is a fantastic choice for gamers who value clear sound, comfort, and multi-platform compatibility at an affordable price. It punches above its weight in audio quality and comfort, making it ideal for both casual and competitive play.

I’ve always enjoyed razed products, and this is no exception! Don’t be fooled by the lower price tag compared to the other Razer headsets, it’s still a high-quality piece of hardware. Great sound quality, clear mic, and the controls being on the headset instead of in-line on the cord is a plus too. Comfortable and fairly sound-blocking, enough you can play in a room with window air conditioning and barely hear the air conditioner running
