    We had a great experience shopping and purchasing our item at Best Buy. The customer service is the absolute best, and all our questions were answered clearly. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I wouldn't shop anywhere else for headphones for my grandchildren or other electronics we need!

    Good sound quality and drivers. Only thing I dislike is non removable mic but you can easily move it to the side with the boom arm
