Only 4 stars because the wire does spool a lil, and you can hear peoples phone calls if they are in vicinity and have old car bluetooth. I really like the sound dial, I will be buying a wireless version in the future.

Also I have a big head so this is perfect! I like the long length of the plug to connect my controller! As well as the mute button! I never seen a headset with a press button to mute!

The sound quality is very good considering it’s a gaming headset and the mic quality is also very good considering the aforementioned.

I personally prefer the wired headphones and these wires aren't 45 feet too long like some brands. Again using the Best Buy gift card and app makes the buying experience so much easier.
