I have a blue yeti mic, so I only use these to hear. I have some nice Turtle Beach ones, but they need charging and I ALWAYS forget. If you're like me, then these wired Razer BlackSharks are the way to go! Really glad they still make good wired headsets for those of us who are too forgetful to charge c:

Great wired headset, I can wear it for hours

The head set is the single 3.5mm jack but comes with the mic/speaker splitter that you will need to use on a PC. This is a basic headset BUT work just as well as the V2 with out all the bells and whistles (no removable mic, or USB adapter.

Good entry level but...

The one and only downside to them is the volume level. It doesn't go very high max level I would guesstimate at mid range on other headsets.
