    Best keyboard I've ever owned

I went back and forth on whether or not I REALLY needed a $120 keyboard and I have to say.. I've glad I splurged. The Green switches have a great feel to them and are rather loud... (which I love) if you're looking for a keyboard on the quieter side, you need to pick on with different switches. The lighting options allow you to change the lighting effects key by key giving your desk a fantastic personalized appearance. I've legit spent hours playing with all the options, almost to a fault! The wrist rest makes the keyboard very comfortable as well, the only thing that bugs me is that it doesn't have a strong enough magnetic pull as I find myself knocking it loose here and there. Honestly, it's not even too big of an issue.... IF you're looking for a keyboard with great tact that allows you to type with a purpose this one is perfect. It also works great with both PC & Mac.

So far the keyboard is holding up great and feels great. I don't have any problems with it as of yet, but I have only had it for about 3 weeks, hopefully, this keyboard lasts, unlike the old one I used.

The color scheme is fun to play with makes my computer room more colorful. Typing on this keyboard feels really good and the clicking sound is just amazing. Customizable keys and you can pretty much change all the keys to what ever you want. Syncs up with all the other Chroma accessories too.

I am in love with this keyboard. I was looking for a keyboard that was clicky and light up. I didn't want it to be cramped (as some gaming keyboards are) and I wanted to be in control on the keys and how they light up as well as program some macros. This keyboard has it all. There were a couple of other great contenders with the keyboards but most of them were just a little too cramped for me. Also, it comes with a rest that magnetically attaches to the keyboard. The cushion is super comfy and squishy! LOVE LOVE LOVE

Really love this keyboard. The RGB lighting is really vibrant, and the pre-loaded lighting profiles are really solid. Love having the macro keys, although the decision to go with 5 as opposed to the industry standard 6 was odd and mildly annoying. The build quality is very sturdy, although some may wish the body was all metal (I don’t mind though). Braided cable very much appreciated, as well as the usb pass through (HALLELUJAH)! Last, but certainly not least, the switches: I love them. I really appreciate the tactile feedback from the click, and the accuation is VERY responsive. They are loud, but you kinda have to get used to that, as razer has no brown equivalent. I will say, that I got used to it almost immediately. That said if it bothers you that much, the board is available with the razer silent switches, but you lose the tactile feedback. All in all, I really love this board. TL;DR: Great board, worth the money, buy it.

Absolutely love this keyboard. Super responsive and with the Razer green switches you get a very nice loud clacky noise which may be a con for some but I dig it. Also very comfortable with the included wrist rest and the 5 macro keys are just icing on top. Oh I almost forgot it has an extra usb and audio port on the side which is always a bonus if you want to free up other ports. Only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is the price point. This thing will hit your wallet hard!

My absolute favorite keyboard. I've owned Azio MGK1 RGB, Azio L80 RGB, and Corsair K70 RGB, a Razer Ornata Chroma, and a ton of HP and Dell OEM keyboards and I have to say Razer nailed it on the head with this one. The fonts are normal looking and don't have the old strange Razer fonts, padded wrist rest is amazing, RGB lights look great, typing feels sensational, and gaming on it is a win!

I game and I do many other things on my computer one of my biggest things other then gaming is writing, and my old keyboards just couldn't keep up with me. This one though keeps up beautifully. I have yet to out type it and I've had it going for a while now. It's simple to set up and can be quite fun, but you can lower the lighting setting easily enough so it isn't distracting, which is nice on those days it's hard to focus. For those that just want to plug and play it does that too you just don't have any of the bonus light show designs you can have other wise, and if you're a gamer you loose out on a few other things, but it is doable. It is also very comfortable especially if you get the one that comes with its own wrist rest. EXTREMELY comfortable. Fingers fit very comfortably onto the keys and the wrist rest is hard enough to get proper support but soft enough to give your wrists cushion so you're not destroying them, which I've had troubles finding a comfortable one so this is really nice. If you're a gamer the keys are a nice distance apart that you won't accidentally hit another key, to easily, but yet close enough you can do rotations and skill combos easily. The only con I'd have to say I have with it is the loudness of the keys. When I get going it can be quite loud the clicking and clacking. When it's something you do first thing in the morning it can be even louder which is a little annoying, especially if it drowns out your thoughts. Other than that I've yet to find anything else that I dislike in anyway.

I do some coding and gaming and decided to get a quality keyboard that won’t wear out every year. Not only does the Razer feel good to type on, it comes with several lighting effects as well as the ability to customize your own. Oh and don’t forget the macro keys, those are a godsend for developers anywhere

I picked up this keyboard along with the smaller Tournament edition to see which I'd like better. I took turns playing games and typing with both keyboards and came to the conclusion that I much prefer this keyboard over the other, which is still a great keyboard as well. I liked the larger wrist pad on this as my wrists actually sat on it unlike the other which was unfortunately too small. Additionally I liked the extra room provided by the macro keys on the left as my pinkie was constantly hanging off the smaller TE version which felt slightly awkward when trying to press ctrl. I opted for the green keys. While being slightly loud, I love the feeling, the distinct click and I felt as if I made less mistakes since I wasn't accidentally pushing down the other buttons like I did with the Yellow switches. Overall, this keyboard looks and feels great and would suggest to everyone to give it a try.

I am huge fan of mechanical keyboards and this keyboard is really great. I bought this this keyboard to replace my tournement addition keyboard because i really need the number pad for some of the stuff i do, but what really caught my eye about this keyboard is that it came with a wrist support. Unlike some of the other keyboards i have owned in the past this one is easly removable my magnics but they are strong anough to hold it... it has never slipped on me. the wrist support is also very compfy with a custion feel that has lasted perfectly for sometime with constant play. The RGB lighting is great as well for those that enjoy the extra lighting or like those that play in the dark at times. Overall I really enjoy this keyboard and would recommend it any gamers out there

I had purchased in the past the lower end of the keyboards and this one is an upgraded version that Rocks! The keys are quieter. It has a wrist pad that prevents carpel tunnel. It lights up. The keys are light to touch increasing my typing speed. I use it for gaming and I am pleased with the results. Major improvement from the other two that I had. I purchased a warranty. Thanks Best Buy for offering these.

This is a great keyboard for any enthusiast or gamer, with a very satisfying clicks and tactile feedback thanks to the Razer Green Switch. Lighting profiles created through the Razer Synapse Software were highly customizable and looked amazing. The included wrist rest is better than any other rest you’d find included with a keyboard, very comfortable and squishy. Quality Keyboard worth consideration

As a computer programmer and gamer, this keyboard is hands-down the best I've ever owned. Very clicky and tactile, it makes typing feel satisfying. The wrist pad is also really great, it helps prevent hand cramping. RGB lighting makes it easy to see at night, and it's easy to customize the key colors any way that you'd like.

This is the best keyboard I have ever owned. I use it for work where I do a lot of typing, and for fun, mostly gaming. Most importantly, the touch is excellent. I am a touch typist and I appreciate the tactile and auditory feedback. Second, I like the wrist rest. Razr has a similar model without the rest, but I find it helps me keep my wrists straight, which cuts down on wrist soreness on days I'm typing a lot. The rest has a magnet that sticks it to the front of the keyboard so it doesn't move around--a nice touch. Finally, the lighting isn't just cool, but it has an ergonomic purpose. I find when I am playing a game that uses to W-A-S-D keys to move a character around, the separate color for these keys makes it easier to find them when your hand has to move to hit other keys. It is also easier to find other blocks of keys at a glance because different regions of the keyboard has different colored lighting. You customize this yourself. It is a bit tricky to figure out how to use the software to change colors, so count on taking a little time to get this up and running.

The Best Buy customer service person helped me with several keyboards. This one was on display and that helped me make my decision. Even though the display piece may have been worn, it provided some guidance on what to expect from a newly purchased version. The keys feel very lite when depressed, but not loose at all. I feel that my typing is more precise when using the green clicky keys version of this product and that is exactly what I wanted. Precision. Personally, coming from a manual typewriter, I wish the keys had some weight to them. The colour schemes are nice and customizable as well.I don't make too much use of them but appreciate that the brightness is subdued and not vulgar. The braided cord seems durable and attractive. Having the passthrough for a USB and 3.5mm Jack are very welcome features also. The wrist rest is priceless for anyone whom makes frequent use of a keyboard and having this one magnetized to the keyboard is beyond smart. Cheers.

Great for my first gaming keyboard. Clicks are fulfilling, though I could see others being annoyed possibly. Lots of really sweet lighting options(though it seems standard amongst the market). Optional wrist pad was pretty cool, and packaging for Razer products makes me very satisfied.
