Got this for my gaming son. The lights are really cool and he is really enjoying it.

I have the older model and decided to give that to my gf for her new computer. The V2 is the same thing as the oroginl but with some added features that I love. It may be pricy but it is worth it in my option especially if you use it every day like I do.

Bought this as an upgrade to my 2013 back widow keyboard. Mainly got it for the added wrist wrest, as well as the really cool chroma feature. The lighting is fun when you load up a game that supports it, and there are a lot of good profiles available for it online.

My son loves this keyboard. It does everything he wanted it to do and more!

At first, I thought I was spending way too much money on a keyboard.. eventually, realized it was worth every penny. The color ways on this keyboard are absolutely endless and you could always change it up. Razer is always the way to go!

Bought as a gift for boyfriend. He love the feel of the mechanical keyboard and the light display. The wrist rest is also very nice, but may requires some getting use to. Fortunately, it is detachable if you don't like it.

Feels great and is very clicky. It's on the quieter side for mechanical keyboards, but is still very satisfying to use. Chroma is beautiful and there are useful programmable buttons to the right of the traditional keys.

If you are looking for a phenomenal key board, that is mechanical and has the awesome color changing..this is it. I purchased this for my son, who loves this key board.

The feel of the keys as you type is great, it doesn't take much pressure to type and are super responsive. No ghosting issues at all. The software is easy to install and the color options are almost limitless.

Best gaming keyboard there is I would highly recommend

I needed a new keyboard for my new gaming system. I always wanted the Razer Blackwidow mechanical keyboard but was a bit skeptical about all the "noise" they say that the keys make. While at BestBuy, I checked out the three different types of keys that Razer has and almost went with the yellow. That version was quiet, but I did notice that it was very easy to bottom out the keys while pressing them. I had heard a lot about the "click" that the green switches made, but decided to get the green one's anyway. I've used this keyboard for a couple weeks now and am pleasantly surprised. They don't make as much noise as people have said they do. As a matter of fact, I use they keyboard while my lady sleeps and she says that she doesn't even hear it. The tactile feel of the key response is very nice also. You know when you've activated it. The ability to change the lighting on the keyboard via the Chroma app is a nice addition as well. I own all the Razer accessories (Blackwidow Chroma V2 keyboard, Naga Chroma mouse, Firefly mousepad, and Kraken V2 headset). Every one of these have met my expectations or surpassed them. Razer makes an excellent product. I will say that if you have never used a mechanical keyboard before, go to BestBuy and try them before purchasing. This way you can find the keyswitch that is right for you. I'm very happy with my selections and would recommend them to anyone.
