I absolutely love this laptop! Everything from the crisp display and great keyboard is top notch. Build quality is on par with the best of them! I’ve owned previous blade laptops and the advancements on cooling is also impressive. Razer you got a winner with this one!

I did an abundance of research when choosing my newest laptop. Initially, I did pick up the 2019 MacBook Pro 16, and that was a great laptop, for sure! Had the i9, AMD 5500m, 1TB hard drive version, and it did (and would have) gone well beyond my expectations and needs with my video-editing hobby. However, the so-called "runner up" in my selection process was this Razer Advanced - which I'm so incredibly grateful it was (also grateful for Best Buy, as you'll learn)! The MacBook was fine, but it did not perform as I had hoped it would with games (and yes - I know it is not a gaming laptop, but it certainly has the hardware to handle some, and at good graphics no less), and I do spend a lot of my downtime gaming. So when Best Buy had this Razer on sale shortly after I picked up the MacBook, for $400+ off the retail price, I felt the need to save a boat-load of cash, and do the exchange. So happy I did. It's only been a few days, but I can tell you this machine is a beast. Gaming is flawless, absolutely flawless. Adobe Premiere runs buttery smooth. Comparing it to the MacBook, I can tell you that you immediately notice the shorter screen on the Razer. The bigger aspect ratio on the MacBook was wonderful - incredibly nice! Build quality-wise, I do see why many call Razer products the "Apple of the PC world". It's solid, feels great (almost like a really, really fine sandpaper texture on the all-metal chassis), and overall, it comes VERY CLOSE to the build quality of the Apple MacBook. The selection of ports on the Razer is far superior to what you get on the MacBook. Lastly, the fact that you can upgrade the RAM, hard drive, and even the wi-fi card in the Razer is wonderful. Future-proofs this machine, which is awesome considering that with the build quality and components it did come with stock, I expect this should last me years. Highly recommend this laptop.

Honestly I don’t have any complaints at the moment. Camera is good, built in mic is very clear, screen is very bright and colorful, build is premium and heating isn’t an isnt great but isn’t an issue. Battery life could be better but for a gaming computer it is very solid.

Solid build, great performance and laptop is quiet. Mercury White is a fantastic color hides fingerprints. Could not ask for a better laptop. I returned Asus G15 and Asus M15, because it was MUCH quieter while gaming and build quality was so much better.

Beautiful machine. Keyboard is nice and screen is quality. Does get a little hot during heavy usage, but propping it up allows for better airflow and temperature control. This thing is slick!

This is a beast of a gaming laptop that doesn’t look like a gaming laptop It’s fast it’s thin it’s great The one complaint is the Synapse software it’s bundled with. Keeps crashing and seems to be a know issue For a high end laptop I would think this would be worked out

Very impressed with everything on this laptop. The construction feels very high quality. The 144hz screen is a perfect match for the RTX 2070 max-q. I love the keyboard. The computer runs pretty much anything I throw at it without a problem.

Unit is good overall. It’s price to performance leaves me wishing I got more for the price though. Quality of build is as good as MacBooks if not better. Razer software is trash though.

I had initially purchased the Razer Blade 15 2019 - RTX 2060 model. After a mishap with that machine, it fell and was ruined, I then purchased this one. This machine is just as sturdy and reliable as my past Razer Blade 15. The main difference is the overall speed improvement. Having 6 cores helps push through difficult tasks with ease. I love how this version is using the 2070 Max Q version of the 2070 card. It definitely helps keep my machine below 80°C when gaming. Granted the card is running at a lower clock speed, but you'll hardly notice that. I had one mishap though. When I purchased this version, after my 2060 model broke, the 2070 Max Q power adapter shorted out after 2 weeks. I took the entire machine into Best Buy and they easily gave me a new replacement - entire PC in an unopened box. I'm happy I chose to stick with Razer.

This laptop performs really well, but also runs really hot. I found a stand with fan is necessary for anything more than casual use.

Love love love the design and build. It’s solid. Beautiful. The keys felt like the cheapest part of the laptop but the rgb shined bright and clearly through them. I wanted to love this laptop but it’s too hot to handle, literally... it would get to the point where you couldn’t rest your palms on it to type. I did not go into or attempt to undervolt or any of this or that. You shouldn’t have to for a laptop of this caliber and price. That being said I reluctantly returned it.

It's a great thin and light laptop overall. Did have BSOD issues, but BestBuy exchanged it without any problems. Been great ever since. Does get a bit hot when you play games but no biggie.

Used a desktop all my life.. big into gaming and this is maxing out fps whether it’s world of Warcraft or league of legends, this is about to handle it no problem. Battery life seems ight but this computer is just so sleek and does everything it’s supposed to do. Got it for $300 off - definitely was worth it. 3 year warrantee for $370 cause I’m clumsy doe.

Awesome laptop. Sleek, beautiful, and powerful. It does heat up relatively easily, but if you keep it up so it gets some air under it, it's good. It totally keeps up with games effortlessly, nice graphics, and laptop sound is decent. Great for business purposes as well, but it's a little too heavy to travel with.

Great performance, runs rather hot as a result. Screen is fantastic and has really effective anti-glare, but could be brighter. Only real gripes are that the front edge where your wrists rest is quite sharp. They milled it down by the touchpad, why they didn’t mill it all the way across is beyond me. A wrist rest can easily be used to keep your wrists off of the edge. The metal finish smudges easily as well and isn’t particularly easy to clean.
