I almost kept it simply because it’s so aesthetically pleasing. It never got very hot while using a cooling pad, unfortunately I experience many in game stutters and graphical glitches, I’m not sure if this was due to overheating or what, but as gamers we know this is unacceptable, returned.

Don't buy Razer

Recommend you go with a larger company with more support 3 party options or add the 3 year $500 extended warranty to what is already a high-priced item. expect issues. buyer beware.

My brand new machine has horrible back light bleed on the left edge of the screen. I could almost tolerate that. After about 2 hours of use, the right hinge started popping terribly. Any time the lid is moved even a fraction of a millimeter, it pops - and it's not just an audible pop. I can feel something moving inside - something that shouldn't be moving. I'll be returning this machine and getting something else.
