Mini Led Issues

I have serious backlight bleeding on this new MiniLED laptop, and the black colors look gray. I don't see any dimming zone separation, and the backlight is always ON in areas where it should be off, like in dark sections of an image. This display looks more like a regular LED and not a Mini LED.
I purchased another brand new Blade 16 same model and specs. And it shows the same behavior with the backlight out of the box. I think the issue is either the BIOS or panel firmware.

I bought this a little over a month ago after never having owned a Razer product. I can say I am thoroughly impressed the customizability of the cooling controls in razer synapse makes for this system to be perfectly optimized to meet your needs. I see the 4070 as the perfect GPU for this product given you are probably going to be bottle necked by heat temperatures if running anything higher end GPU. The stable temperatures under heavy load are phenomenal!!!

The laptop overall is very powerful and the screen is amazing with it being two different screen modes and runs any program or game I throw at it but the battery life is not the best but needs to be plugged in if you want the full power.

It's such a shame because it came so close to being a great laptop, however, the mini led screen has massive issues. The latest issue is after the laptop boots up and sits for about 5 minutes the screen will consistentanly flicker and lines move form side to side across the panel. I contacted Raxer support, which by the way, they were very quick to answer and tried to help me with a few patches to download but none of them worked sadly. Defective screen and I will be returning this week for another brand.

Great service at Best Buy! I hadn’t been in awhile and it was great to walk up to the line and someone came right up to me in line and got my order ready; only had to confirm I was standing in line on the order confirmation e-mail! Great experience! The laptop is really nice, like definitely worth it!
