Worked great in the first month, then it won’t start. Never had this problem with my other laptops ever. Warranty does not cover the repair and it’s too late to return. Will not buy a Razor again.

Buying a Razer is like buying an Apple product - you’re either willing to pay the (steep) premium for their top-end design and build quality, or you’re not. Either is understandable. But if you want to take the plunge, I’m very impressed with this 18” model. It’s large, no doubt about it, but they did a remarkable job making it about as thin and light as a gaming laptop this size could be. It’s still plenty portable and the power brick is pretty small - you just need to pick up the laptop with both hands. It’s worth it, though, for that 18” screen, which is a lot more impressive and immersive than you’d think. I like the keyboard on this model much more than what was on the last Razer I owned - a 2019 model that had those smaller “chicklet” key caps. They seem to have made the keys larger and better-spaced on this model. Beyond this, it’s rock-solid and performs flawlessly, just as you’d demand/expect at this price point.

Love it. The 18” is the most portable of its size. I chose over the scar 18 because of the size difference. This fits in my aer small pack bag and goes under the plane with me constantly as I travel majority of the year for work. Also the screen and performance is amazing. I returned the ge78hx 4090 due to how much nicer the blade screen is! I don’t ever write reviews but I had alot of questions prior to purchasing!

I bought the razer blade 17 last year but returned it later due to mediocre performance. However, this year’s blade model is really powerful and sturdy compared with the previous gen. It is expensive for sure, but imo it’s the only device that provides you with both best build quality and performance. As for gaming, I play Everspace 2 and company of heroes 2. This machine just runs quietly and the image is buttery smooth.

The Razer seams to hold the weight of my 5 external hard drives, playing my games so far its been a breeze, the battery runs out quicky thou but thats ok ill kepp trying it but so far is a great gaming laptop also great for video and music editing always if you have the right software that is now having a touchscreen is challenging.

Runs everything you throw at it. Razer synapse is not great, external monitors have issue with staying connected. Fans are pretty loud.

What can I say. This thing is absolutely next level. If you want to do it. Consider it done. There is no game this can’t handle. Built in streaming and game capture functions. I could not love it more!!!!!

Excellent performance, wide beautiful screen, but I had a defective unit which kinda ruined the experience of a $4k laptop.

A nice machine I would keep it if without the wobble trackpad and little bleeding backlight display. I decided to return but get a new one.

This is a desktop replacement laptop through and through, and Razer has taken a very "spare no expense" approach to it. If you're buying this, you probably know that there are both cheaper ways of getting this laptop's performance in another laptop, and that a custom desktop will likely beat it and for less money still. What you're getting with this unit is class-leading performance for the hardware used, a very uncommon 18" screen with outstanding color and responsiveness in a sensible QHD resolution, and all of it in about the thinnest package you're going to find this type of hardware in.

Build quality is top tier, performance is good for its size and class. Best LCD screen I have seen, but wish I could have had the option for OLED or mini LED on this model. Overall would recommended, but definitely not at MSRP. Expected battery life for the hardware which is not impressive.

I have had the Blade 18 for several months now and while it is a big, hefty machine, I love using the thing. The 18 inch screen is gorgeous (mine did have a single dead pixel but I surprisingly don't notice it anymore) and games look fantastic in it. It runs games almost as well as myachine at home and the 16:10 accept ratio is very nice for general use. I use it for some streaming and rendering videos and it works fast and efficient. It stays relatively quiet unter load thanks to the size and airflow, though it will ramp up if you let it or tweak the fan curves. I haven't felt the need to do so but the option is there. The keyboard is fine, not my favorite to type on but does a good job on games. At $3800 it was a tough pill to swallow but I wanted machine I could have for years to come and this thing does the job.
