This Razer DeathAdder Elite mouse will not disappoint. What I mean is that the performance, price, comfort-ability, and style is what stands out to me about this product. I usually spend a lot of time on my desk using my mouse whether its for gaming or anything in general. In the previous gaming mouse that I own (another company that I will not mention) I feel that the mouse itself is not build very well at its price point and you can tell when using it. However with this mouse, on the hand it fits perfectly and feels amazing to use even for a long period of time. The customizable RGB lighting is also a plus. The clicks on the mouse is very responsive and the dpi settings are top notch.

This mouse is awesome. Super clean features, brilliant muti-color lighting on both the palm & scroll. The mouse is bigger than I thought it'd be, but it still sits comfortably under my palm & is probably the most comfortable one I've ever owned. The response is superb, very quick.

The best gaming mouse out there for shooters

I have had this mouse for a year now and it still works perfectly. I bought this to replace my Razer Naga of 3 years and it has delivered on every aspect. It is at a reasonable price (I bought mine on sale for $50 from its original $70 price tag). It is incredibly comfortable. I tend to grip my mouse with a hybrid grip and I can game for 4+ hours before I even start to feel any sort of tiring. The cable has plenty of length, sometimes a little too much, but it's nothing a little zip/bread tie can't fix. The elite also comes with the chroma lighting so you can adjust all the RGB settings on the mouse. As for performance, the mouse delivers incredibly no arguments. The sensor on the deathadder is accurate and with a huge DPI range of 16,000, it will handle whatever settings you prefer with presets you can customize for the games you play. The mouse moves smooth without catching/sticking on the mouse pad. The two thumb buttons are the perfect size; you won't ever have to worry about clicking the wrong thumb button even in fast paced games. The scroll wheel doesn't have a tilt option but I found that it doesn't matter for shooters such as battlefield, COD, Destiny 2, etc. Overall, I would say that this mouse is the perfect package for anyone looking for a comfortable and simple mouse for shooters at a extremely great price range. If you're on the fence about this mouse, I recommend picking it up, because you'll absolutely fall in love with it.

After using the 2013 deathadder since it came out, I decided that after almost 4 years I needed a new mouse and keyboard. Bought the deathadder elite and I have to say that it feels way better than the 2013 deathadder. Not only that but it is significantly more responsive. The 1800 DPI that it came set to out of the box feels better than the 2013s 1600 by what I feel is a landslide. The 2 extra buttons they added seem useless to me as I don't change my dpi settings mid game, however this may be an attractive trait for those who DPI switch in games like MOBAs or some people who like a lower DPI when sniping.

I reviewed a faulty product the first time I bought this mouse (the left click wouldn't work). I returned it and they gave me a second one and I am very happy with it. It is perfect for people with larger hands. For the console players, yes this works fine with Xbox or Ps4. Pros: 1. Very good for the price 2. Fits larger hands well 3. The weight of the mouse prevents accidental movement Cons: 1. The scroll wheel is pretty loud and can become an annoyance for some people

    A STEAL AT $45!!!!!!!

Long story short, I'm a self employed futures trader and I at the age of 32, started PC gaming as of this February. Honestly, 99% of the time all I play is CS GO but after learning how "regular" blue-tooth or optical mice were NOT sufficient in gaming I decided to go on a search.... With price not a concern, I literally spent around $470 on mice trying to find something that just felt "PERFECT"... From Zow ie ECA-1, Logit ech G-pro wireless, Logitech G502 Pro, Cor sair M65 pro, and the list goes on... NOTHING felt right in ALL THE DEPARTMENTS. Sadly, I was brainwashed by online reviews or blogs talking trash on "RA ZER" products as they spend all their money on marketing and are cheap lower quality gaming items. I do have large hands (not big enough to palm a basketball) but every mouse felt too small which made my fingers and wrist cramp OR the mice were just big, awkward, overloaded with buttons, etc. I am naturally a palm grip style gamer but I do like a lightweight mouse because with CSGO long entire arm movements are key to becoming a great player... After trying all these different mice I decide to settle on a Logi tech G305 Hero wireless mouse which I use a lithium ion battery along with a AA to AAA converter housing and then I drilled holes in the mouse to lighten it even more (and for a rainy day project)... It has been my go to mouse but its SO SMALL... I've gotten really good at using it but I saw randomly on Best Buy's website the Razer Deat hAdder Elite dropped in price to ~$45. I LOVE my wireless Logitech HERO sensors but this mouse has been around for a decade or so... I figured for $45 plus a $5 three year replacement plan I had to try out this mouse and RAZE R products... WOW!!!!! This mouse instantly fits the contours of your hand, perfect size even for LARGE hands yet still very lightweight feeling! It does not have 16 programmable buttons but a true FPS gamer does not need any extra BS, I would be happy if it didn't light up but it's whatever... Anyways, after a solid 7 hours of gaming non stop my movements and shots are NUTTY! Yeah its wired but it's SO MECHANICAL feeling and the buttons are "crisp"! I was concerned about the reviews and people ranting about how the Razer Synapse software dramatically slows down your machine and runs tons of unnecessary processes in the background... When you install the software they give you OR try to get you to install around 6 different programs when you can disable them and install the basic software, EASY! Then, disable Razer from auto-starting when you boot and even exit the synapse program totally and the mouse works flawlessly! I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS ON ANYTHING BUT DANG THIS MOUSE IS WORTH $200-300 IMO it's actually priceless the way it fits the hand and performs! Do yourself a favor a snag at this price!

The size and shape are comfortable no matter who uses this. I am a bigger man and it feels as good in my hand as it does my 10yo son. The buttons are easy to reach, the DPI settings are convenient, and the RGB is a fun effect. There are more feature-rich options but grabbing this on sale you can't go wrong.

was looking into getting the razer lancehead but when I compared the deathadder elite and lancehead side by side in store, there was no more questions which to get. more comfortable and cheaper than the lancehead. and based on other reviews, this was one of the best mouse out.

Easy to connect and download the Razer control center where you can customize your settings. Mouse has weight. It's definitely not your standard everyday lightweight mouse. That weight makes mouse movements more controlled for better aiming. The customizable DPI buttons allow you to tweak your dpi in game for more precise long range aiming and then tap a time or two to ramp up the dpi for faster turning. Love the custom lighting effects as well. Get yourself a gaming mat from Razer, BenQ etc to really see the full potential of this gaming necessity.

I had a small Roccat mouse and wanted something a little bigger, but also would match my keyboard which happens to be a Razer as well. DPI can be set extremely high and works great. I have had no problems with this mouse.

I really like this mouse and happy I purchased it. I had an older deathadder model that ended up with sticky mouse buttons and the lighting never worked for me (I didn't care for the green base). When it finally broke completely I had to get another and I was really hesitant to get a similar model. It was on sale so I said ok... I'm glad I did, lots of improvements to this model. 1. build quality is much better. I've dropped this on hard floors a number of times and I get super worried every time but it's held up very well and just keeps going. 2. Lighting with razor synapse allows a lot of color variations and custom settings to blink, pulse, ect. I got mine to sync very nicely with my keyboard and back lighting which was cool. 3. quick adjust dpi settings are so awesome. I can set it to super high for gaming, lower it for basic tasks like web browsing just by clicking the middle buttons. It's super easy vs other mice where you set it in "settings" and then have to change profiles constantly. 4. cord doesn't get tangled at all. Not a big thing but I work on laptops and having this mobile usually corded mice get tangled on stuff. this doesn't, I like the quality actually. 5. grips on the side are a huge plus for me. It just feels very natural and has a good grip. Also the scroll wheel also has notched grips which feels great imo. Overall, I don't have anything bad to say about it. It was a good price when I picked it up, quality is good, feel and functionality has been great.

Great FPS Mouse for Largish Hands

For reference my hands are around 19.5cm long and 10.5cm wide and this mouse fits my hands perfectly. I use palm grip and this is by far the most comfortable mouse I've ever used. If you have Largish hands and use palm grip you will probably love this mouse. It's also relatively light around 100g and tracks great. I just wish they would make this mouse with the old Glossy style coating that was my favorite, still I love this mouse and highly recommend it.

Way back in the day one of my first gaming mice was the Razer Deathadder. I left that model behind for other shiny, cool brands like LOGITECH, R.A.T., ROCCAT, and CORSAIR but recently returned and I’m very satisfied. Why? Light weight body allows instantaneous movement. Just enough buttons to take care of my needs. The side buttons are large enough to be useful in FPS combat. The cord is shockingly thin and flexible and doesn’t get hooked on anything. Finally, the Razer software is easy to use and even works with OSX (if you’re into that). I’m back in the Razer camp and will remain. From where I’m sitting, no reason to look for anything else.

I bought this to replace my other mouse because the scroll wheel had become problematic. I had an old Razer mouse that I bought years ago and it lasted me far longer than the Steelseries did. It's comfy to use and has a variety of lighting options to choose from.
