I've used many Deathadders over the years, primarily because for me it's the most comfortable shape, though ymmv. The newer generations have a nice rubber siding that helps with grip while maintaining the great comfort of before.

Works great! Very responsive and tracks well. Very light and has a natural feel in the hand. Has the right amount of grip texture where needed. I like the hotkeys on top to adjust sensitivity and use it often. I play most games at 400dpi but prefer to surf the web and work at 1,200dpi. The Razer Synapse app works well and the RGB is subtle. Overall it is a great buy. Especially with the new version out and the price drastically reduced.

Being a gamer who spends a considerable amount of time playing competitively, this mouse was a great choice for me. It is comfortable for me to use for longer periods, and the customization is fantastic.
While some of the poorer reviews state discomfort and size issues, these are both personal and you have to actually physically hold the mouse in your hand before purchasing to determine which size mouse is right for you.
Excellent purchase for my laptop and I already another DeathAdder for my desktop gaming rig.

I believe that this is a great gaming mouse, this was the first gaming mouse that I heard of especially if your someone like me who just started PC gaming. This mouse is very responsive and has an amazing feel to it. It’s a good mouse for those who have small to moderate size hands. This mouse has a lot of effects built in based on Razer’s Chroma software that allows you to customize how you want your mouses’s RGB to be like based upon your personal preferences.

I bought this mouse because my husband’s old Razer that I was using crapped out on me. I love the feel of the Razer in my hand moreso than any other gaming mouse on the market now. I am a woman with small hands and it’s comfortable for me to grip and reach the buttons on the side. I’m just starting out with PC gaming so I only wanted two side buttons so I wouldn’t get confused. The RGB lighting is beautiful and the Razer UI is super user friendly.

Mouse is on the bigger size but still comfortable. Only has 2 side buttons that you can program in game. Can change the color of the wheel and emblem w/the Razer App on the computer but it's nothing crazy. Overall i would recommend if you're looking for an Simple and cheaper Gaming mouse. Also it's a USB cable plug in so no worries about batteries and the wire is long enough so you don't have worry about tugging it.

Have always been a fan on the Deathadder so I knew I would love this mouse. Main best addition to the Elite, in my opinion, are then DPI switches to quickly lower or increase it. Highly recommend this mouse!

Great gaming mouse, a little bigger than some other on the market but if you have a big hand this one works wonders and feels comfortable. Never had any issues, always keep a few of these in a drawer if one breaks after a while. Great deal if found on sale. I frequently use ~400-600 dpi and it feels true to touch.

This is my second Razer gaming mouse. The first one being the Naga which lasted about 6 years. I didn't need all those buttons anymore so I switched to the Death Adder. You can change your DPI at the click of mouse. This is very useful when going to and from gaming. This is the most precise mouse I have ever used. I highly recommend to gamers and non-gamers. And finally, it is very ergonomically comfortable.

It’s a great mouse. Works very well, very responsive. One downside is that it only has the two side buttons rather than three (such as a sniper button for FPSs), but for what you get it’s very good. The sensor is extremely good. If you do want a mouse for FPSs and don’t need a sniper button, then I would recommend this one and it’s also good for MOBAs.

Very comfortable and heavy mouse for casual browsers and gamers alike. In my experience, the mouse remained in near perfect condition until the rubber grips started falling off after 8 months with the mouse itself still working in good condition. This was while using the computer for multiple hours daily.

I'm really impressed, never thought I'd find a high quality gaming mouse for under $50 but this is it. Only two side buttons but that's about all I use anyway, even when there's a bunch of them. You can adjust the DPI in the software instead of having extra buttons on the mouse, which I like as well.
