What a cool addition to my gaming! It moves so smoothly, fits in my hand very well, and was so easy to install. AND bonus, great price. Yes, I definitely recommend this mouse if you are a serious gamer. Spend more, but you will be wasting your money.

I like how the mouse fits in my hand, it's not overly large but not too small. It has adjustable DPI which is like the sensitivity, you have to move the mouse less on the pad to make it move further on the screen. It also has RGB which is always a plus.

FPS, MMORPG, MOBA, I game at least 7 hours a day and it works perfectly, it feels good on hand so I won't feel tired as using other mouse. The macro program can make a auto fire button easily. My previous generation Deathadder worked for 2 years before it fails on the left click, which they said it improved on this generation to last 2x times longer. The customize-able led light also looks cool. Recommended for any gamer for any gaming type or style.

Unlike several other offers by Razer with multi-functional buttons, the DeathAdder has the right size and is perfect for my needs. It has just the standard left side buttons with mouse wheel click and has the ability to set DPI with the click of a button. I bought this to pair with my Firefly mouse pad.

I needed a new mouse, one with a wire. I play FPS on the weekend. I usually don't fork out a lot for peripherals, but this was a steal on sale! It is very lite, responsive, and it changes color. It is a mouse built for a mid to upper range PC gamer.

This gaming mouse is perfect for someone with large hands. Especially people that use Palm or Claw grip. Fingertip grippers will find the mouse difficult to use. If you're someone with small hands you should consider another mouse

My daughter plays a lot of game! (By the way, she is a straight A student from a UC school.) When I asked her to give me advise with a good mouse, she point straight to this mouse and tells me this is the best brand to get. And this model in particular is one of the cost effective model, she further suggested. She has a high-end Logitech mouse which looks very fancy but, she told me if she were to purchase a new mouse as spare, this may be her choice. So far, it works well and is very responsive to me. I will report to you if it fails to perform within 1 year.

Exactly as advertised. It fits my big hands perfectly. This thing has 16000 dpi, that's insane.

The DeathAdder mouse just feels right in my palm and has just the right amount of buttons for the FPS games I play. My only complaint is that you must install Razer synapse which constantly needs to be updated for new games coming out. Overall, I would definitely buy it again!

I am an avid PC gamer and play FPS titles — a mix of competitive multiplayer and single player — almost exclusively. The DeathAdder mice are generally regarded as among the best mice for FPS games and that reputation, from my experience, is well earned. The mouse feels great in the hand, and the button clicks are extremely satisfying. It offers a number of DPI options up to some ridiculously high number, but I’ve found that 1500 dpi is the sweet spot for me. I also enjoy the aesthetics of the mouse. The mouse also includes software which is generally intuitive and runs well enough, but I don’t really use it for much. All told, it’s a great mouse for FPS games as well as just general computer usage and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to just about anyone.

This mouse is incredible. Paired with the Razer apps it is highly customizable. You can do a ton of different light customizations with it, the DPI customizations are also very cool. It is incredibly fast if you want it to be and very comfortable.

I bought this mouse because my last one, by another brand, failed after only a year. Its working pretty good so far. There were other mice, with more buttons.. some which were even at a lower price. I dont need a 20 button mouse! This had exactly what i wanted.. 2 buttons by the thumb. No more, no less. The changing colors are nice to look at as well. If this one lasts longer than a year, i will have found the perfect mouse for me.

Very efficient. Good price point. Very pleased overall. Has significantly improved my performance in RTS portions of Total War (Attila and China). I recommend pairing it with the mouse pad below for optimum effect. As I made the change to both of them at the same time, I can't exactly pinpoint how much is mouse vs. mousepad, but I would say 80 percent probably the mouse and an improvement in my speed and winning percentages of between about 10 - 15 percent. Summary: Not absolutely essential for everyone, but if you're a true gamer it's well worth it.
