This mouse feels nice. The clicks sound and feel quite nice as well. My one major issue is that the scroll wheel feels like concrete. The scrolling itself is nice and works well but the bumps on top of the scroll wheel make it extremely unpleasant to work with.

So, I just got a hold of the Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed, and right off the bat, the packaging caught my eye. Razer keeps things classy and simple—just a sleek black box with everything you need inside: the mouse, a USB-A dongle, a USB-C to USB-A cable, and a quick start guide. No fluff, just the essentials. Getting this thing up and running on my PC was a total breeze. I plugged in the dongle, and the mouse connected instantly. A quick download of the Razer Synapse software, and I was good to go—tweaking the DPI, reassigning buttons, and messing with the RGB lighting. It even has a little compartment for the dongle, which is super handy if you’re taking it on the road. Now, let’s talk about how insanely lightweight this mouse is. At just 63 grams, it feels like holding air. But even though it’s light, it’s built well and feels sturdy. The ergonomic shape fits perfectly in my hand, and because it’s so light, it really helped with those quick flicks and fast movements in games. Honestly, it’s a game-changer—especially if you’re like me and your hand starts to cramp after hours of playing. In terms of performance, the DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed doesn’t disappoint. The 30K optical sensor is super responsive, and even in wireless mode, there’s no noticeable lag. Whether I was deep in an FPS or just clicking around in a strategy game, it handled everything flawlessly. The HyperSpeed wireless connection is as good as wired—seriously. And the battery life? It’s awesome. Razer says you can get up to 100 hours out of it, and I’m not doubting that. I’ve been gaming pretty heavily for a week, and I haven’t even thought about recharging it yet. When it does get low, a quick charge gives you a bunch more hours, so you’re never out of the action for long. Conclusion: If you’re in the market for a lightweight, reliable wireless gaming mouse, the Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed is a solid pick. From the slick packaging to the easy setup, comfortable design, and killer performance, it’s got everything you need. Whether you’re a serious gamer or just want a high-quality mouse, this one’s definitely worth checking out.

The Razer - DeathAdder V3 Lightweight Gaming Mouse is solid addition to the Razer den. This mouse has replaced my Viper V2 Pro Lightweight Gaming Mouse and I am happy with the transition. Out of the box, the DeathAdder V3 has a slick look in the traditional matte black by Razer. There is a small indicator light at the top front of the mouse, a USB-C port in the very front of the mouse for charging and the Razer icon so subtle on the backside top. The mouse itself is very light, having not only a minimalistic design but feel to it. Fitting well in my normal sized hand and with two side buttons easily clickable by the thumb. This makes for quick and precise movements along with easy movement and transport. I am currently using this for my everyday laptop so being able to easily tuck away a wireless mouse is ideal. That is what else is in the box, the wireless fob that is low latency and quick to respond. There is also a larger hyperspeed wireless adapter, which is a little larger and would work well for desktop computers but not ideal for laptops. The mouse clicks smoothly and is ready for the next click instantaneously. I had possibly spilled Dr. Pepper on my other mouse and since that time the left click has had an ever so slight sticky sensation, so having a mouse that has a smooth quick recoil click is refreshing and invited! The optical sensor tracks very smoothly and well, I will often sit on a couch and even on an uneven soft fabric surface it reads smoothly. Up to 26k DPI, for the most precision FPS gaming. There is also a storage space for the USB dongle, which is awesome as that was missing from my previous mouse and I did misplace it a couple times. Charging is quick to complete and may be done while in use and the charge itself seems to last days of normal use without needing to be recharged thus-far, claiming 100 hours but I have not put this to the test as of yet (it does not die easily at least). Overall another great additional to the Razer gaming mouses, get out there a strike (my second snake pun of this review... sorry)

This is definitely my new favorite mouse! When I took this thing out of the box, I was amazed at how light it was. I was looking for a place that I would have to insert a rechargeable battery pack because I thought there was no way this had a battery in it already. But it did! I have no idea how they kept this mouse this light with a 100 hour battery pack in there! The mouse feels great in my had and literally flies around my mousepad with ease. It has great grip and my hand has never even started to slide off the mouse. It glides effortlessly and the tracking is spot on! I do not see any hesitation or lag or anything coming from this mouse. That makes it absolutely perfect for gaming. I also use it as my day-to-day mouse for web surfing and things like that and it works great for those tasks as well. The one thing I will mention is that the mouse will go to sleep on you if you don’t use it for a while so there will be a few second delay when you go to use it again while it reconnects. It’s a small price to pay to get such amazing battery life out of it. I have been using this every day at work for over a week and I have yet to have to charge it! In the box it also does come with a cable for charging or you can connect it with the wire to your computer if you want, but I really see no reason to, it performs just as well wirelessly. You will also have to use up one regular USB port on your computer to plug in the included dongle, this is not a Bluetooth mouse, which is why you get such amazing speed! Apart from the regular mouse buttons and wheel there is just one button on the bottom which will allow you to go through 4 different DPI settings. It also acts as as an on/off button. But since this mouse goes to sleep on its own, you really do not ever have to switch it off unless you are traveling or something. Overall, I have used a lot of mice in my day and this is by far the best and most accurate one I have ever used for gaming. Don’t even hesitate, this is the one you want!
