I was fearful of buying a chair online. Razer has shown me with this chair on why they are (typically) a brand to be trusted and my desk and back have been happy with the chair! Could I have probably bought something cheaper that was just as good- absolutely. But I have little time to do that kind of research so this was an easy buy for myself.

I'm really happy with this seat. I had a chair that was fine for shorter periods of time, but working from home really brought out its flaws. I was looking for something with a good seat and supportive lumbar. This fits both, and it was easy to get it set where I wanted it. Haven't seen any initial quality issues. Definitely worth the price, IMO.

Despite having a little less thigh support than the 20-year old chair it replaced, the Enki is still comfortable and a pleasant experience when sitting for an extended period. I wondered why the associate at Best Buy got so excited when she found out I was picking up this chair - I understand her enthusiasm now. It took me approximately 45 minutes to assemble because I was doing it myself, and I stopped to read the instructions twice. If you have a pair of helping hands, USE THEM!

This chair initially feels firm, but let it...or yourself sink in for a minute. Don't be deceived by its firm feel. This thing is really comfortable, and it contours appropriately to your body. Also, the headrest is not a clunky stiff pillow like other gaming chairs. I love how comfortable it is.

I feel so good while i sit in this chair, i always put my office chair aside and pull my gaming chair when I work from home. This chair lets your spine always be in S shape (as it is supposed to be), and has so much customization based on your height. Anddd, this is SO EASY to setup. Definitely would recommend.

Just recently started working from home, and I wanted to upgrade my gaming setup at the same time. Absolutely love the chair! Super comfortable! I spend close to 9 hours a day in it. Assembly was a little annoying, would have been much easier with two people, but overall it was good!

So in law did not like the chair. Was way over priced and took it back

Absolutely love this chair. I bought a secret labs xl gaming chair because im a large guy and it was horrible for comfort. I then replaced it with this chair and hands down this chair destroys secret labs fat people chairs

Might be biased coming from a chair that I am pretty sure is from a 1998 Pizza Hut remodel, but this chair is great! For a “mid-range” price this is an stylish ergonomic chair. If you sit at a desk all day you should definitely consider this chair. When the say all day comfort they mean it.

Great chair but on the expensive side. Great solid chair but pricey. I have tried some competitors chairs which are cheaper and very comparable. Then again it’s a Razer chair. I am happy with my purchase but still have to say it was pricey!

This chair was super easy to put together and it’s super comfortable as well. Haven’t used the additional headrest cushion yet, but haven’t had a need for it! Highly recommend this chair even for just an office chair.

It is a decent chair, built well but the padding hurts after a few hours of sitting down, You will need to adjust the seat because of pain every hour or two. I have just started the purple seat pad to adjust for the stiffness of the original padding.

Unfortunately I can only give this chair 4 stars. It really isn’t the chairs fault. I should have done better research. For the price it’s a fantastic chair. Lots of metal in the construction and really well made. For anyone over 5’10” not so good. At 6’4” I am returning this chair for the same chair but am XL.

Super comfortable but I think padding the arm rest would have sealed it to 5 stars. But im very happy with the chair. I highly recommend if your a gamer like me that plays COD multiplayer the chair even makes it easier to lose more track of time lol. Im having some arm rest pads made.

Easy to put together steal frame. But the seat is stiff and very hard. I have to add pillow. The reclining is super. I think , it could be at leasy $100 cheap. If u can ' try before u by.

One of the best gaming chairs out there. Don’t let the price tag scare you away. It is comfortable and the packaging is amazing. It even came with a pair of gloves to put it together.

Took a few days to break in but this chair is excellent. I was torn between this and the Iskul XL. For $200 less I think I got a good deal. I use this for work at home as well as gaming and no problems sitting all day.

I have been gaming for almost 20 years and this chair is incredible. It did take a couple of days to get used to the lumbar support, but after that, once again, Incredible Chair!!!

I'd echo others here. For gaming, it's amazing. Especially reclined. But this chair is miserable for general office work in an upright posture, which is the other half of my day. It could be that my back is different from the average person's... but I'm not wrong when I say this chair has some of the most extreme lumbar support I've ever dealt with. Build and quality are all superior, it's just a big bummer that the back support has only one option.

Great gaming chair! Is very comfortable and better then anything I have every owned previously. You can game endlessly with no discomfort at all in this chair.
