Went from a lower end chair to this Razer and so happy I made the change! I work from home and game sometimes so I’m consistently sitting at my desk. Used to have back and tailbone issues with my old chair now I never notice anything and I work for nine hours a day. If you questioning, don’t. Get this chair.

I am coming from a $100 amazon "S racer" chair and this is night and day. The chair is firm, but not uncomfortable. The materials and finish are extremely high quality, and the whole chair feels like a quality product. The chair is comfortable, but it isn't a plush squishy chair. The lumbar support feels amazing on my back, it is actually giving proper support so my back doesn't hurt over time. Don't go into this expecting a plush chair, but I also don't advise against it.

I don’t even know where to start.. I work from home for 8-10 hours and game for another 3-4.. all day comfort is an understatement. I’m 200lbs and have had this chair for almost a year and it still looks and feels brand new. No more back problems!!

I weigh 285 pound, I assure you it's super solid and supportive, The one I got is even a improved version, the side hinge caps are now very solid, no wiggling, and one side of the hinge plate now has an "edge" at top of the first screw (although only one side) so it won't slip away and easier so setup. The only downside would be one of my arm rest fixing position is not centered like the other side. If the arm rest twisting angle interval could be smaller then it is nearly perfect/ideal seat not only for gamer but for a sys admin/programmer!

Had the chair for a couple months now and it hasn’t disappointed. Love the cushioning and lumbar support. Definitely recommend this chair to anybody in the market for a comfortable gaming chair.

So comfy and looks so good, very easy to assemble but if you grab a friend, it’ll be better.Chair is so relaxing and the back support is top tier

I really like this chair. I like the comfort and build quality. It’s easy to put together. The chair has a lot of adjustability in the seat height, the angle of the back, as well as where the arm rests sit. The back offers good support with a built in lumbar pad. The head cushion is memory foam, but is difficult to place meaningfully for your head, more like the back of your neck (I’m 5’11”). There is plenty of room to the chair, I have no issues fitting in the seat. I’d definitely recommend, especially if your a fan of Razer products.

Using for over a year now. Sturdy, good quality. Many years to go.

Awesome chair! Got this chair for long hours of editing and gaming and was not disappointed!

I am not joking with the title, I genuinely love this chair, it is super comfortable and the posture you have while sitting in this chair is great. It comes with a little pillow that is super soft and the recline feature is really cool! The chair is super easy to build, I was able to build it all in under 30 minutes.

I bought this as a gift for my fiancée. She’s in love with it. She loves the comfort, the room and space the chair provides her, and even though at first it was hard for her to use the memory head cushion, she found a way to make it work and it’s fenomenal for her now after some adjusting. Her brother also tested this chair and literally steals it from her every time he comes to visit. I haven’t tested it since it was a gift for my future wife. Since both my future brother-in-law and my future wife are extremely satisfied with this chair, it is fair that the Razer Enki earns a 5 out of 5 from me.

Gifted this to my Husband for Christmas and he loved it. He said it was really comfortable and he loves the headrest cushion it came with. I set it up myself and it was supper easy. Also Love the big manual it came with.

Extremely comfortable, adjustable, and sturdy. Excellent for keeping good posture for long sessions and helps keep your back pain free. My old chair hurt my back after an hour not this chair. Made with good high quality materials. I highly recommend it.

So the box flaps have cute humorous “Dont’s” on it, and a MASSIVE instructional paper, which are all great! The pieces are seriously good quality, heavy the way solid stuff should be, premium metal components. Quick setup process! Downside is a nitpick because it’s the same with all new seating furniture: seat cushion is stiff (new foam seating material is always stiff until it breaks in). If Purple got into licensing it’s gel cushions into office/gaming chairs it would be amazing for the future of comfort. But chair is rock solid, material feels nice and is easy to keep clean, head cushion soft and velvety. If you’re short like me at 5’4” it sits really well for the body size. Probably wouldn’t recommend if under 5’2” unless you have methods to avoid the circulation cutoff when sat in properly. Seat recline is amazing! Seat itself is more flat like a normal office chair so seat cushions fit great on it! The armrest height goes way higher than most other chairs with similar features and lower than normal too, so great for a variety of limb lengths! Definitely recommend this chair over ones with bucket seat styles!

This chair was quite simple to put together with easy instructions. I was going to go with a SecretLab chair until I saw this was on sale at the BB local to me, and in stock. I’m happy I chose this chair. Very comfortable and quite a few chair optimizations for your pleasure. I’ve had a few long gaming sessions with no aches or soreness. Highly recommended. The box also fit into the back of my 4 door Civic.

By this being my very first gaming chair I have no complaints. This chair is very comfortable and sturdy. Its good for your thigh area because of the build of the seat is wide. Its comfortable for your back. When they stated made for "All day-gaming chair" they were right. The head pillow cushion is an extra bonus and well worth it. I am very satisfied with my razer enki gaming chair.

This chair is best for my back pain. Not able to sit anywhere else because of the pain

I’ve owned a lot of chairs from dxracer to secretlabs and even other razers. This is by far the best chair for your dollar. Compared to the previous chair I had the razer iskur it’s much better. The base is wider (and I’m a bigger guy so I love that) so that the thigh support isn’t annoying me. The new pillow is way better as it is a lower profile and doesn’t make you bend your neck as much but the comfort is still 100% there. And on top of it all it took me 15-20 minutes to build it by myself. To sum it up, this is the best chair for the money and it looks nice and sleek. Anyone should be happy to own this chair.
