I’ve had this chair for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. The Razer Enki is easily one of the most comfortable chairs I’ve used for long sessions—whether I’m gaming or working from home. The built-in lumbar support and wide seat base are excellent, and I genuinely feel a difference in my posture at the end of the day. Assembly was simple and took less than 30 minutes. The materials feel premium, and the chair has a solid, durable build. I also appreciate the 4D armrests and recline feature for when I want to kick back a bit. The seat is on the firmer side, but it’s not uncomfortable—it just feels supportive. Only downsides: the head pillow could use some adjustability, and it’s a bit pricey. Still, if you’re looking for a long-term upgrade that offers real comfort and support, I think it’s worth it.

The only reason this chair is absolutely terrible is because for some reason they decided to make the front lip of the seat a pinch point to cut off blood circulation to your legs. The lip of the seat is a good 3 inches higher than the rear. It's nearly impossible to use this chair for 30 minutes without your legs falling asleep. Why are all the reviews paid promotions? It should have been a read flag!

This thing is incredible, it’s great looking, tons of adjusments, high quality materials, and resonably priced considering what youre getting. Now even for me, spending this kind of money on my gaming/desk chair is insane. But now that I’ve had it for 6 months I can fully say i would spend 800 on this thing if i had to. You can adjust every single aspect of the thing, the arm rests move up and down (by about a foot!), the tilt goes extremely far back while still being safe and the height can go pretty high and very low. I recline this thing and watch tv and would rather have it than a lazy boy. Sure it isnt the softest coushiest thing in the world but it supports your back and legs so well that the way your body is aligned is what really creates the comfort. All in all, i was questionable about buying such an expensive chair but considering i do school from home and game tons i figured Id give it a shot based on the amazing reviews. However buying this thing is one of the best things i could have done, the quality of the materials this thing is made of is something that will make this chair last an extremely long time, and my back has improved more than any doctor has been able to achieve. Trust me if you’re thinking about it, even if its a bit of an investment, buy this chair. Your back, butt, and neck will thank you. Im tellin ya I’ve sat in those thousand dollar specialized chairs and they dont have anything on this.

Maybe had whoever loaded this had done it with care it wouldn’t have came completely warped, I was going to try and pull the metal back to see if I could live with it, but even I’m not strong enough to budge it. I also realize the entire left side is completely pressed far off to the right and the mechanism to move the chair forward and back is completely damaged as well. An hour drive there and back just to move it up 3 flights of stairs for it to be broken. I won’t even inspect the other pieces.

The Razer Enki chair is a grounded choice for comfort and style. Its design is sleek and has a wide seat with ample lumbar support and adjustable armrests, highly adjustable in every way you think you could bend or shift it. The chair’s padding and breathable fabric keep you cool while also preventing any leg sticking, while the sturdy frame offers strong stability so it doesn't sink and lose durability in the adjustment mechanics over time. The leather also hasn't peeled up or scuffed at all in two years of usage! While it’s on the pricier side, the Enki offers some premium features, making it a solid choice for gamers seeking both performance and comfort. Also -- for anyone searching for a chair catered to width for larger/plus sized people that's still comfortable and durable, this is an absolute pick!

This is without a doubt, the best gaming chair I've ever used. I bought this for my girlfriend on a friend's recommendation. She loved it so much, that when my old AKRacing chair started breaking down, I purchased this a second time, for myself. Given that there is only a $100 difference between that chair, and this one, AKRacing should be ashamed. Often times, I find gaming chairs are made to fit a style, without being a good chair first. The Enki feels quality, and feels like a product actually made to be a quality chair, that you want to sit in for hours to play things or do general computer work. The comfort, ease of assembly, and specifically the lumbar support, are SO MUCH BETTER on this chair, compared to any gaming chair I've had or used (including that $400 AKRacing chair, and my friend's $500 Secretlabs chair.) I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Overall, the Razer Enki gaming chair delivers on both functionality and design, making it a top-tier choice for those looking to enhance their seating experience.

Great for work and gaming. If you can get on sale even better. Need the head pillow. But can get your own for cheaper if dont wana pay the extra 100 for extra armrest movment and head pillow. Fixed lumbar support is perfect for me at 5/11 avg torso/leg ratio length. Personally dont like the adjustable exterior ones on Iskur and other companys models wiggle around to much. This one is perfect at my hight. Butt cushion is perfect hardness/softness vs other harder gaming chairs. Some reveiwers talk about choke point under thigh due to seat being lower at butt than edge. I notice it slightly but very slightly and not to the point of legs falling asleep like some say, i also move around allot naturally. Its a great chair at $400 which i payed with some extra rewards discounts. $500 may be a push but ill still give it 5 stars. Best chair I’ve owned. Recline is great, notice i get sleep in the chair which means im in comfort. Also very easy to assemble. Too easy. Its this one and the titan evo imo cant go wrong with either.

The experience is very much similar to some of the best ergonomic chairs you might find in your company office. The seat itself is on the hard side, harder than car seats (which I wasn't expecting to grow accustom to). Reclining the back of the chair a bit and setting the seat tilt back slightly is my favorite combo for long seated hours working or playing non-stop. Learning all the ways this chair can be adjusted is somewhat unintuitive, but man is this is a premium product. I've come to expect high quality from this company, and this chair certainly met that high expectation.

After reading reviews of this chair I was optimistic. I decided to go with this chair as I know that Razer makes great products. I was concerned about paying almost $500 for this chair as I had seen other chair broken within a few months. After owning this chair for about 2 months I can say for sure that I’m not worried. I like the fact that it is covered with a 3 year manufacturer warranty. This chair is extremely comfortable and was easy to put together by myself. The overall quality of this chair is great and would highly recommend it to everyone

I work from home, sitting at my desk for eight or more hours per day. I had been using a relatively inexpensive but very comfortable mesh chair, but over the years, the mesh seat material stretched, and it was bottoming out. My wife who also works from home has a very comfortable Serta chair that has held up well. I considered an X-Chair, but after reading the reviews, I decided it probably was not worth the money. I then considered a Serta, but after reading reviews of chairs on Best Buy, I found that the best ones seemed to be “gaming” style chairs. I am a big guy (6’3”, 250lbs) so I needed something substantial, and with a tall back. This Razer chair had good reviews and some nice features, so I figured I’d give it a try. I’ve had it now for several weeks and probably spent about a hundred hours of time in it. There are many things that I really like about this chair, but there are a few things about it that I wish I could change. Overall, I like it and it’s definitely very comfortable, but because of a few minor issues, I can only rate it 4 stars. First, I’ll mention the things I really like. It was very well packaged and easy to assemble. It is heavy, though, so some people may need help carrying it around, especially up any stairs. It has many adjustments that make it easy for me to find a comfortable seating position, whether I am sitting upright and typing, or leaned back to take a break. I really like the fact the angle of the back is adjustable separately from the seat cushion. It uses a lever, like a car seat without electric adjustments. The armrests adjust so many different ways – up, down, fore/aft, side-to-side, even angled – that I’d think anyone could find the perfect position for them. I also like that the chair’s tilt angle can be locked not just in the flat position, but in three different positions. The padding is firm but supporting, and the lumbar support, though not adjustable, is just right. The seat back is plenty tall for me, though the detachable pillow sits just a little bit low. The seat is fairly wide compared with other chairs which is nice for larger people. Now, some things I wish were different. The chair sits up fairly high even in its lowest position. Even though I am tall, I prefer to sit lower. The fix to that is to get a footrest for the floor. Another thing that would make this the perfect chair is if the seat bottom cushion were either deeper or would adjust fore/aft. Again, I’m a tall guy, so this may not be an issue for shorter people. Finally, the fabric is nice, but it is not as cool as the mesh chair I had or even the Serta chair in my wife’s office that is leather. Of course the trade-off with mesh is less support and that it stretches over time, but leather would have been a nice option. Overall, I think this is a great chair. It seems to be well-constructed and is comfortable. I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

Very well made chair with quality look. Sturdy with all metal parts. Comfortable for long sessions with a lot of adjustments for the seating position. The only negative part of the chair is that it feels like the seat is not long enough and your upper legs do not rest on the seat entirely, but it does not bother me after awhile. It is a bit expensive, but it is worth the price when looking at the quality.

This chair was very expensive and more than I wanted to spend but my body feels so much better. It is firm and will need some wearing in but I work from home and then game after so I’m at my desk for so many hours and this chair has supported me greatly. I wish I would have had this chair 5 years ago

A bit on the pricey side, but after coming from a cheep $50 computer chair, this thing is like sitting on a cloud. Its actually very firm but i find it incredibly comfortable, especially with all the adjustability the arm rests have as well as how far you can recline back. I find it well worth the price. I csn sit for hours without my rear hurting or becoming uncomfortable unlike my old chair.

I have always refused to entertain gaming chairs that were more than $200 because I assumed Razer was being greedy and always price their stuff high. However, after breaking 2 chairs in less than a yr (im 5'9 210lbs) because they are made cheap and mostly plastic. I bought this Razer chair and it blew my mind with how sturdy and solid it is! This chair is AMAZING and worth every cent! Its comfortable, it rocks, you can recline (lay back), the arms are adjustable, and the pillow is memory foam. I recommend this to anyone who can afford a $500 gaming chair in their budget.

nice big chair with alot of room, i like the side handles which have alot of options to fit to your desired comfort which is the best part about it. The problem I have with the seat is that the material feels almost sticky or a little bit too rough even though it is the premium fabric. I would prefer the fabric a little more smooth. The second part I have a problem with is that when i lean back 3/4 of the way then the entire chair falls over. Overall it is good quality parts and am able to spend hours upon hours of gaming and still feel comfortable.
