Great seat with comfortable back, shame the lumbar isn’t adjustable but was pleasantly surprised with it

My son loves this chair. At first I was skeptical of the price and compared the features to others on he market. My teenage son uses it everyday while gaming and doing homework. Purchasing from Best Buy made the decision easier because I know that if I have issues they will make it right.

I was in between this and the Secret Labs Titan Evo but decided to give this a try since i know its easier to return it and i really enjoy the lumbar support and head rest. Very easy to assemble but the box is super heavy so need a friend. 9/10 would recommend

Absolutely love it i game every night and I do it for a few hours at a time with that said the lumbar support is amazing the memory foam pad they have to put on the head rest extremely comfortable as well as the seat I only have one complaint about the chair and it’s the fact of ITS JUST TOO COMFORTABLE

The Razer Enki is an amazing chair and exceeded my expectations. I am using this chair both as an office chair and for gaming. It works for both in my opinion. After reading reviews, it seemed like the pillow was going to be useless but it is actually my favorite feature! I am also six foot tall so I feel like this chair fits me like a glove. I think that's why the pillow is fantastic - it hits just right for neck and head support. I could see someone being much taller or shorter having a more difficult time with the pillow. Other positives are the recliner feature that I use while gaming and the lumbar support is hard which I like. I have back relief while sitting in this chair. Lastly, the quality is top notch and setup is a breeze (they even give you gloves for installation which they jokingly call work gauntlets). Negatives about the chair include the thinner cushions. The cushions are on the thinner side but they do not bother me too much. Also the lumbar support is nonadjustable. It is on the harder side so keep that in mind. Overall, I would recommend this chair, especially if you get it on sale. Nice job Razer!

I liked how everything was already in the chair, it made for an easy install. It doesn’t feel like other chairs, its firm and breathable which makes it easy to sit for long periods of time. You can feel the quality from the second you sit down to the moment you get up.

Finally went ahead and spoiled myself with this chair after years of using a cheap $40 office chair. My posture definitely improved as it supports me much better than my old chair and I don’t have the issue of slowly sliding out of my chair over time like I used to. 10/10

My husband love this chair. Quality of the leather is better then expected. Comfortable and spacious for big bottoms.

By far the most comfortable chair I’ve sat on for an extended period of time. I’ve gone through 5 chairs within the last 2 years in search of a good gaming chair. I’ve had gaming chairs from Amazon and office chairs from ikea but this chair takes the cake. It’s firm but made with soft fabric for the marathon gaming and work sessions. Well constructed chair that will last for a while.

its a comfortable chair and it was nice but in less than 2 months it started squeaking with any movement in the chair and imma be honest i got used to it but my roomate hated the noise and well wd-40 fixed it but for a new chair to squeak as early as a month that is $500 is crazy to me

I bought this chair for my 6’3 200+ bf for all of his gaming he does nightly. He was in love the moment he got it set up. It’s really heavy ladies if you end up doing the same, try and get some help in wrapping it lol. Overall he rates it a 10/10 he LOVES IT.

This chair is great! Razer never disappoints especially with the packaging! Loved the massive instructions it came with lol as a gamer it’s the little touches like packaging that put this Brand above most. The chair super nice quality and comfy!

This chair set a standard I didn't know was possible. The comfort, the style, the ability to maneuver all pieces till it was just right, this chair takes the cake, and thats from a all day session gamer!

As a parent, I think it is crazy to spend $450 on a ging chair, but my son absolutely loves this thing. If he is going to spend hours gaming, I want him to be comfortable. I sat in this and I literally want to replace my recliner in my living room now.

Super comfortable chair with many adjusting features, it might be a little more expensive but for someone who is always sitting down make sure you buy something nice, I big the bullet and bought this chair and it’s been amazing sitting ever since!

I know these are not office chairs but… both my wife and I use them in our work from home offices and they are incredible!! The comfort and support is amazing.
