Customers regard the Enki X Essential Gaming Chair highly for its comfort, build quality, and back support, with some users specifically praising the assembly process. However, some customers feel that the chair could use more padding in the seat and a slightly higher height adjustment.

It’s cute but omg it is not comfortable at all. For the price it should be so much more comfortable . I literally have to use a pillow to even be able to sit in it . I’m a small person too so it should be much more comfortable

This chair is too low for me. The back tilting does not work; tried adjusting the knob at the bottom, doesn't work. So it's always very rigid for me. The Lumbar is too aggressive and lacks padding on the seat portion.

At first the chair seems comfortable but for prolonged periods of gaming it really starts to hurt your lower back. Definitely won't be buying it again.

The chair is ok but the arm rest are not comfortable at all. After an hour of gaming my elbows hurt so much from the hard plastic. I’m going to return. This chair and save more money to get a much better comfortable one. Super disappointed in it.

Wasn't really sure that I wanted to spend this much for a gaming chair but in the end I'm glad I did. As they say, you get what you pay for and this chair is definitely worth it. Packaging is great, instructions are easy to follow and the materials used are high quality. Took approximately 30 minutes to assemble with no issues. I think the seat cushion is comfortable but for me its back support that is what makes this chair so good. Comfortable to sit in for hours at a time. I'm 5'-10" tall and find the height adjustment to be excellent. The chair is very stable. The adjustable armrests have a very good range of height and I definitely like the pivoting. In the end, this chair is awesome and well worth getting. You won't be disappointed!

Easy assembly, comfortable chair with good back support. The arm supports could be more comfortable but they are fine as is.

Over priced, uncomfortable, not ergonomic. For $400 go get something else. The arm rests are hard and too wide to be comfortable or ergonomic. They only rotate, they don't move closer or further from your body so they are basically worthless unless you're just sitting in the chair and not using your arms or anything. The seat itself is hard and doesn't really get softer over time. Save your money and go get a Branch chair or Herman Miller or anything other than this. Seriously trust me.
