Buggy Software, Poor Device, Bad Support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Will not stay connected to the PC, software is buggy. Synapse 4 is an absolute mess. My unit was defective so I had to return to Razer, who received and confirmed defective, but refused to provide a replacement stating they had no inventory available, and I would have to wait until they received some inventory, which has been ongoing for over a month.

It kinda scrape ur wrsit.

I think razer didn't thought of this issue when they released. Its good but i hope the edges are more smoother. I had a v2 firefly. It heats up after long usages. Hoped they made the edges smooth bc i relaly love this one.

It’s alright… disappointing.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s cool - should have been smooth instead of textured. Doesn’t light up as pictured but it’s pretty close. Buy a high quality cloth instead. If you want this definitely add skates to your mouse.
