I would recommend it a lot if you are trying to get something good for gaming, like fps games.

Its sleek and lightweight. Has a fine cover and doesn't slip/move around on my desktop. Perfect holdover until I get a full size mat. bc moar RGB is better than less

I also have a full sized deskmat and I seldom use that now. At first the texture feel rough but after few days of usage I am completely adapted to it and I don't think there is any disadvantage about this pad.
