These Razer Headphones are a major Improvement from the Razer Hammerhead V1...these earbuds have ANC and Gaming Mode also there is an app for the earbuds to update the software to keep it updated so the earbuds do not randomly disconnect etc.. and to customize your earbuds sounds, as well test for ear cushion Compatability, and shows instructions how to operate each function (for those who do not know). I love how this came with multiple ear cushions to help adjust with the earhole comfort. These earphones' quality is way better than the Apple AirPods Pro. Even tho it is expensive it is worth the price I only have to charge these earbuds once a day I just wish they would have made the charging case battery life longer. Otherwise, these are amazing and worth the price

I really like these headphones, I like that I can customize the sound unlike AirPods. I also like all the tips it comes with. One thing though I’m not sure if it was because I fell asleep with them a couple times, or something else, but they stopped working fast.

These earbuds sound amazing! They're balanced, powerful, and the Comply tips fit your ear. I can wear them while running or biking and I never worry about them falling out. ANC is great and can be set to turn on by default when being pulled out of the charging case. Battery life is great, solid build and quality material. Good substitute for Headphones for mobile gamers and the low latency mode helps considerably, but quality takes a hit. Good surround sound in certain titles such as Insurgency: Sandstorm, and CoD, but not so great in Apex Legends, Escape from Tarkov, or Hunt: Showdown, so keep that in mind if using these as your everyday "gaming" audio.

I can't complain with this headphones. There are well made. And the battery life is amazing! The sound is clear and the bass is impressive. The only problem I have is that they kinda get loose and when I tried to accommodate them by pushing them, it activates the controls that are not so great; however for the special discount is acceptable and I don't regret buying them since they really cool looking and the sound is just amazing!

Great sound, decent ANC and comfortable for extended wear. These work great while at the gym. Part of my reason for getting these was the promise of a low latency game mode and as someone who normally gets annoyed when the audio doesnt sync up with the video, these do a really good job of minimizing that latency. The only reason I didn't give these 5 stars was because of their touch controls. They are not as responsive as the Galaxy Buds, instead you have to hold your finger for about .5 seconds for a tap to register.

I’m a big razer fan that was in the market for some wireless earbuds. I saw these sitting behind the counter and they were on sale for $130. They sound incredible for earbuds and absolutely state of the art noise cancelling. (You can’t hear anything else). And as of now they give longer battery life than what the box advertises. I had them in for about 7-8 hours one day and they had around %10 left. I do have a couple complaints though. Sometimes they are finicky in terms of connecting. Sometimes only one will connect and I have to reset them. And for some reason when I connect them after starting my car I get some weird interference tried turning off the radio and disconnecting all Bluetooth but it still happens. Connecting them before starting my car works fine though. Otherwise great earbuds waif you like razer but you may want to wait on a sale

Perfect portability, charge stays good for a while even if you haven’t used them for a while they don’t loose a charge. Sounds quality is pretty good considering the price point of these.

Another great Razer product, wasn't sure initially that I wanted to spend 199 on these over the galaxy buds especially with these lacking wireless charging like their competitors but sound quality is great especially with the packed in comply ear plugs. Overall i'd say if you can get these at 150 they're worth it. at 199, I feel this needs wireless charging included.

There has been a couple of times where one earbud doesn’t wake up. Had a hiccup where one didn’t charge in the case. App is too slow to reconnect just to change a quick setting. Bass makes your ear itch. ANC is ok. Transparency mode is a little funny sounding. Gaming mode works as advertised. 199 is too much for these. Gaming mode is the only exclusive thing, if you don’t need gaming mode look somewhere else like galaxy buds.

They sound awesome, but the touch control makes this not ideal for listeners with Long hair.
My hair often comes in contact with the touch controls and will pause whatever I'm listening to. Would've preferred an actual button instead of touch controls...

I see a lot of people with apple air pods, and these by far blow those out of the water. the earbuds have amazing quality and amazing bass. If you activate noise cancelation you can't hear anything outside of the earbuds.

I had used the original razer earphones for awhile and decided to upgrade. There was a sale so I decided to purchase these new earphones and its wonderful. A huge change to the original and its for the better. Sound quality is better, especially the THX sound. Comes with a lot of changeable ear plugs to fit your ears. Overall a great purchase and great earphones!

At the price of about $140-145, these earbuds are well worth my money spent. They have insanely good noise cancellation, multiple ear tips to fit your ear size as well as a complimentary set of comply-foam tips too(2 large translucent tips, 2 mediums, and two smalls)(same is true for the all black comfort types you get as well). I also love how i can use these for gaming. I would definitely recommend these if you dont have a tight budget and want earbuds that are far superior to airpods 2nd gen and Airpods Pro. Game on!

I bought these headphones for one specific reason. how about these headphones for the low latency that I need when I'm traveling to college. As a gamer on the go and returning from the pandemic I noticed that when I was last at campus I could not find a set of bluetooth headphones that would work with low latency and often had a delay so I chose to buy these headphones because of their advertised low latency. So far the low latency does work as intended which makes these headphones good for that intended purpose.
Square Reader could definitely improve though is on the feeling of the case the feeling of the case feels very cheap and looks like an apple knock-off which isn't necessarily bad because it's a good design but the materials feel very cheap on the case and this is probably inspired me to go and get a case for those very soon. The headphones were very good when I've been on business calls or calls with my colleagues. They have praised the microphones to be better than any other Bluetooth headphones. I've had the sound really good and I feel like I'm hearing instruments that I would not traditionally hear on things like my Samsung buds. Surf or Sound quality it's quite good and 4 microphone quality is quite good. Just the case could really use some work. Honestly the only reason why I am not giving this 5 stars is because when I was first using them they were not ready to go right out of the box when I connected them straight to my laptop there will be cut outs and sometimes the audio would drop in quality and I figured out that this is because they need to be updated. The only way to do this update is to download the razor audio app on your phone and then proceed to update them through the app but once that's done they actually sound really good.

I originally started with the 1st generation Hammerheads, and loved them. Eventually Best Buy had a sale on these and sprung for an upgrade. Totally worth it!! I've read reviews stating they were having issues with the buds randomly shutting off. I've yet to experience that one about a month into ownership.
I have not installed the app and really don't see the need for it. They pair just fine to, and work with all my devices (save my Dell XPS but the BT on that thing is finicky with EVERYTHING in the audio dept, thus a separate acquisition of a USB BT dongle). Fantastic for BT calls. So far no one can tell the difference between me using these or my handset (definitely superior to my Subaru's BT reception, lol). That's a big plus in my book.
The ANC isn't amazing, but it does seem to work overall. Don't expect perfection, but outside noise bleeding in is minimal at best with loud outside sounds. Overall sound quality and volume with every device I've paired them too (Dell XPS, Samsung S20+, HP Probook) is fantastic.
All in all, 0 regrets and I'm super happy with these!!
