Dark keys, inconsistent lighting, no support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoy the keyboard feel, however the keys have some type of silicone that has poured over too much. The LED lights do not shine through all of the way. I have about 13 keys on my brand new huntsman that have a faulty finish. I have contacted razer support before i wrote this review, and they let me down. I have requested them send me a replacement “esc” key and i could live with the others. It is the worst and most eye-catching issue on the board. Nobody wants to spend this type of money to receive a lackluster finish on a product. Razer has given me 0 support after purchase and registration.
