Over all great chair. Bought this as a gift for my gf. She works at home and having a chair that’s ergonomic is vital. She loved it; makes me want to get a new chair myself.

Sadly, I do not like this chair. I was rather looking forward to using it as I work and game a lot.... The good...Chair is well made with quality materials, real metal. The instructions were very easy but do recommend using the vid on Razer's site too. Teh lumbar is top of the line. The head pillow is soft memory foam but not too soft. The bad...I'm 6'2, 250 and the sides of the seat bottom hurt the sides of my legs. The seat is not flat and does not bend at all. The seat bottom also very firm, too firm IMO...not sure if this would soften up with use but it was not comfortable. Probably the XL version of the chair would be better for my but that is $100 more. So I'm going to return the chair back to Best Buy.

I am a huge Razer fan/supporter, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this chair to anyone. While I admit that everyone is different, I have a feeling that this chair would give anyone (new, or double down on pre-existing) back issues over time. I suffer from minor back pain as it is, but once I started to use this chair for more than a month, my lower back pain issues worsened. Please, I know my review will probably be mostly overlooked, but for those who do read, please know that you can find many other options for the same price, or definitely cheaper. That said, I am still a Razer fanboy, just not with their chairs.

Easy to put together, sturdy box so don’t have to worry about it being damaged if ordered, extremely comfortable and provides good lumbar support.

Wow! Very comfortable! Haven’t had a chance to fully use it yet, but so far, great feel and very comfortable. So far worth the purchase.

Will never buy a cheap chair again. Just feels solid and it doesn’t roll across the floor, it glides.

Overall it’s a nice quality chair,the only issue for me was that it was too stiff and couldn’t sit there for long periods of time.lumbar support was stuck and had to force it in order to make it work. Be aware!

Only complaint is the bottom cushion is almost too firm and can get uncomfortable during long gaming sessions
