Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the comfort, lumbar support, and quality of the Iskur Gaming Chair. Many also found assembly easy and appreciated the chair's design. However, some customers noted the chair's size might be a bit small for larger individuals, and its weight could be a consideration. The reclining feature and ease of use were also frequently praised.

A great gaming chair from Razer, it's firm so it takes time to break-in, but as far as all-day comfort goes very few chairs I've tested have come close to Iskur. I bought this half off during a TotalTech members sale they had going on and it's definitely worth every penny.

Bought this for my wife, she absolutely loves it! Comfortable, supports her neck and lower back. I assembled it and put it together. It was packaged well. You will need two people to carry it as the packaging is super heavy. Overall it’s a great product and I would not buying one for myself one day!

Akracing Masters Series Max Chair > Razer Iskur

Akracing - Masters Series Max Gaming Chair is a better chair for Larger/Wider and/or Heavier people. The Akracing - Masters Series Max Gaming Chair also comes in a wider variety of color options...and a real leather option on their website. There is also a color option sold that claims it is a Best Buy Only available option...however, is also only sold on their website as well...the Black/Red option seen here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/akracing-masters-series-max-gaming-chair-black-red/6371060.p?skuId=6371060 So to sum up...the Razer Iskur is NOT..and I repeat N O T for Larger/Heavier people...unfortunately with only a Seat Width of 17 Inches (AKA Bottom/Behind Width)! See Attached Image of the Razer Iskur FULL Dimensions/Specifications posted. Cheers!

I bought Razer's Iskur gaming chair for my mother. She loves it, especially the lumbar support, and the head rest cushion. It is much better than the office chair that she had for 15 years. Assembly was easy (less than 30 minutes) if you follow instructions.

Instructions while assembling were easy to follow and once assembled the chair looked great. It feels very sturdy and is extremely comfortable. It promotes good posture while also giving me the option of lounging and leaning pretty far back for more comfort.

SO comfortable. I’ve been back and forth on gaming chairs for awhile and was happy to go with a trusted brand like Razor. It’s very comfortable and easy to build. The color is great and the material appears to be well made. Love the green piping.

Okay this was a lot cooler than I expected. Im a sucker for a sleek feeling chair that made me feel richer than I actually am lol. I can lay back, cross my legs (when i move the arm rests to the side) and feel hugged when sitting up straight. Love it!

Truly a gaming chair in the sense that it wants you sitting straight and posed to win. The built in lumbar support is on a totally different level it feels like 2 hands holding your back in the perfect position.... it may be 499 but you'll spend 100 on a chair of less quality for 1 years worth of use .. 5 out of 5 I am buying again for next setup

Comfortable chair. The lumber support is a big plus. I don't use this for gaming. I use it for my home office where I spent so much of my time. Love it so much I got my son his own chair.

Typically, I am not a fan of gaming chairs. With that being said, this chair is near flawless. Perfect strong and sturdy construction, easy to assemble, and extremely comfortable with all the different available position options.

Quality material. Great value (if you get discount). Doesn't match value for its original price. Quick and easy assembly. I don't like that the headrest cannot be adjusted much.

I love sitting in this chair. I also love that you can leave the arms off if you prefer it that way. the only thing I had to change was the headrest height since i am not that tall.

Comfortable Chair, but Pneumatic broke 7 months in

I have had this product for about 7 months. The first 6+ months the chair worked great. It has a very firm cushion and helps enforce a good posture. Don't buy this if you are expecting a seat that you can sink into. The recline functions works great. I am 6 feet tall, and at the time of purchase I was 250lbs and bought it for both comfort and to support my weight at the time. The arm rests have great vertical and horizontal mobility. The lumbar support is great, providing excellent pressure to my lower back. The headrest pillow is probably the weakest ergonomic point as it is a pretty fixed shape and hard to maintain position with. Recently the pneumatic tube went out, Best Buy, even with Total Tech, is unable to support this product so I am working with Razer directly to replace this which includes at minimum disassembling the chair so they can have pictures of all base items to determine what need replacement. I will update based on the amount of work needed to repair this chair after done working with Razer.
