Over all an amazing chair. Build Quality is really good. The chair arrived fast and was easily assembled. Drawbacks? The chair features a different lumbar support system then others. This maybe the make or break for most. This maybe great for some but in my experience I was never able to adjust the chair to be mildly manageable. It was down right uncomfortable and often lead to poor seated posture. It was far to expensive to be uncomfortable

The support is awesome. I love the material and it allows me to work all day with no back pain.

not easy to assemble!!!!!!!!!!! you really 2 people to assemble. lumbar support is difficult to adjust. otherwise, the chair is comfortable and the tool they give you is of high quality
