This is by far the worst, most uncomfortable chair. Yes, the chair looks nice and is built really well, but the stitching for the upper part of the chair digs into you. The padding on the lower part of the chair is nonexistent. I think my backside is destroyed from how absolutely uncomfortable this chair is. What a letdown. I can’t wait to roll this chair back into the store.

This chair is pretty good and has very decent back support. Wish it has a litte bit more cushion that came with it. Other than that its good. Would remember it comes on sale or apply and certificates to it to get it a little cheaper.

Such a complete piece of crap, I wish I could give it 0 stars. Within a month it is the loudest and creakiest chair I've ever owned. I've applied lubricant to every single moving part without any luck, any movement makes an extremely loud squeak. This chair is worse than my previous $200 chair that lasted a decade. I cant see myself keeping this chair more than a year or two with this ridiculous squeaking. The back rest is also basically a gimmick that I found to be pretty useless. AVOID THIS OVERPRICED GARBAGE

The Iskur V2 was easy to install with the instructions on a large fold-out, easy to read sheet. It took me 30 minutes when I took my time, and maybe around 40 minutes overall from its unpacking. The screws are already preinstalled in the locations they're supposed to be in. You'll need to unscrew them and re-screw them to make the attachments during the installation, but it leaves no room for guess work like most other installations, where you're wondering if you're working with the right screw or not. I found the chair very comfortable but from reading other reviews, it seems very subjective for this chair. The chair's cushioning is definitely on the firm side, but that's not to be confused with hard. Your seat won't sink in much when you sit. If you prefer a plush, soft seat it may not be for you. When my mom tried the chair, she said it felt like sitting in a car, and I agree. And that's what I liked about the Iskur V2. But unfortunately, it made me disappointed that the caster wheels didn't have locks, so they're not the best to use out of the box from racing sims when used with pedals. The casters are replaceable but that's an additional cost for me, on top of the hefty price of the Iskur V2 to begin with, not to mention the stock casters would end up not being used if I replaced them. The material of the Iskur V2 is listed as EPU leather, which without getting into the scientific specifics, is faux leather. But it feels very premium as if it were leather. It feels like sitting in a luxury car. And the material makes it easy to clean for accidental liquid or food spills with a wet wipe. The armrest is listed as "4D" which I'm pretty sure means 4-directional. You can adjust the position of both armrests in 4 different directions: -left and right -away and close to you -up and down in height -diagonally inwards towards and outwards away from you for each direction there are 3 fixed positions for you to adjust them to. I loved this because I can find a comfortable position to rest my arms and elbows when I'm playing long sessions. But what I didn't like is how rattly the armrests were because of its ability to adjust. I'm also suspicious of the material that the armrests are made of. The look and feel like the material on cheap office chairs I've used, and from my experience with those, over time and heat from sunlight from an open window, it cracks and peels. I can't say for certain the same will happen with the Iskur V2 because for all I know they're probably different materials, but it's something that's a concern for me. That aside, the armrests feel comfortable on the skin and for resting during long sessions. The headrest is extremely soft, plush, cool (temperature-wise), and comfortable. I could definitely fall asleep on it comfortably because it feels like a dream. The headrest's position is adjustable with an elastic band that's length adjustable. I found this inconvenient if people of different heights will be using the chair. But I feel like I may be able to use it as a pillow for flights or car rides. The chair folds all the way back to 152° according to Razer but it felt like 180° to my brain because of how comfortable I felt lying down on it when it was fully folded out. I could easily find myself sleeping on it if I had guests over and not enough beds. To make it even more comfortable I would just use it with an ottoman for my legs to rest, but for me being 5'9" my legs were still comfortable with the height adjusted. But what I absolutely loved is how I never felt like the chair would tip backwards while I was leaning back on the chair or lying down, even with my feet rested on my ottoman. It never felt like it would tip even when I leaning the chair back from its base. The weight of the base supports my weight well, and I weigh 187 lbs. There is a switch(? not sure what it's really called) on the left side under the seat that allows you to lock the position of the backrest from its base, and even when it's locked in the position where the back is fully lowered to its limit from the base, it never feels like it's going to tip backwards. It's such a great feeling knowing that I never have that worry. I just feel comfortable in the position I want it to be in and I can focus on gaming or whatever else it is I'm doing instead of fearing for my safety lol. The adaptive lumbar support is the highlight of this model and unfortunately it's a mixed bag. It's implementation is unique in that it's a partially floating and separate component from the rest of the backrest of the chair. This was intentional by design because it allows you to rock your back left and right instead of stuck in one fixed position, where you can also feel hot and uncomfortably stiff over time. There is a dial on each side of the chair that allows you to adjust the lumbar support. The left dial adjusts the lumbar support up and down the backrest, while the right dials adjusts how far the lumbar support extends outwards from the backrest. With the combination of both, you can find the precise position for the lumbar support to fit the specific curve of your back. And since it's adjustable, the chair can adapt to the curve of any user's back. The problem is, because of it's floating design, it feels fragile. I have concerns of its longevity. The warranty coverage is for 3 years, but it's only for certain parts, without mentioning which parts, so hopefully it covers the floating backrest as well. When adjusted to certain positions the chair creaks because of the design of the floating backrest, which I found annoying once I noticed it. Rocking my back left and right while lying down would also produce an unsettling pop from the lumbar support too. But when I used the Iskur V2 in my most common positions, which is upright during gaming, and slightly folded back while watching TV, it was silent and very comfortable. But for the previous issues I mentioned, I have a real concern about issues developing over a longer period of time. The Iskur V2 felt like love at first sight to me... until after the honeymoon. I would definitely recommend considering the Iskur V2 because it is very comfortable if it fits your preference like it did for me. Just take the issues I highlighted into serious consideration because you're making a sizable investment.

    Simply NOT comfortable

I really really wanted to like this chair, but it's simply not comfortable. Like most quality ergonomic chairs, you usually are able to slide the seat forward to provide your legs support. Nope, sorry. And what's worse, the seat itself is rather short. So if you're 5'10 or taller, a third of your legs hang off with no support. This is made worse by the fact that the minimum height off the floor is higher than most chairs putting added tension on your knees, pulling you forward. Learned my lesson trying to get a gaming chair that was comfortable. Go office ergonomic and stop playing games.

Please read well before you make any high amount purchase for this chair. It was a beautiful Black Friday 2024 and I saw the issue v2 on the Best Buy floor show, certainly so was super interested because Inwas in the market for an ergonomic gaming chair. Razer promised this has back support and is ergonomic also. I saw the special and pulled the trigger on it. Follow day I assembled the chair and to my surprise it was extremely bad for my buttocks and Armstrong. This chair is the hardest chair I ever sit on, it feels like wooden school chair. Please listen and do not buy this chair, it is a waste of money and after making some research from real people ‘no YouTube advertised videos’ this chair came low in the review. I want my money back and that is simple Razer. No more Razer for me they failed me big time, or prove me wrong Razer.

The Razer Iskur V2 has a sleek and aggressive design. It features the signature Razer logo, vibrant green accents, and a contemporary, streamlined look that fits well with gaming setups and modern office environments alike. The chair is available in several color options, including classic black and a bold green, allowing users to select one that complements their gaming rig or workspace. One of the standout aspects of the design is the ergonomic focus. The Iskur V2 is engineered to support long gaming sessions and extended office hours with its attention to detail in design and materials. The Razer Iskur V2 excels in the comfort department, particularly with its Adaptive Lumbar Support system. This feature sets it apart from many competitors. The lumbar support is adjustable and conforms to the natural curve of your spine, which helps to alleviate back pain and maintain good posture. It’s a significant upgrade from many gaming chairs that offer static lumbar cushions. The chair’s backrest is also designed with an ergonomic curve to support the entire back and shoulders. Combined with the plush, high-density foam cushioning, it offers a good balance between firmness and softness, which is crucial for long periods of sitting. The Iskur V2 also features a multi-layered synthetic leather covering, which is both durable and easy to clean. The material is designed to be breathable, which is a nice touch to prevent overheating during intense gaming sessions. The Iskur V2 comes with 4D adjustable armrests, allowing you to move them up and down, forward and backward, side to side, and rotate them to find the perfect position. This customization helps in reducing strain on your shoulders and wrists. The chair includes a tilt function with a lockable tilt mechanism. You can tilt the chair backward and lock it in place, which is ideal for those who like to lean back while gaming or working. The tilt tension is adjustable, allowing users to set it to their preferred resistance level. The seat height is adjustable via a gas lift mechanism, accommodating various desk heights and user preferences. The backrest can recline up to 139 degrees, which is great for relaxation or even a quick nap during a break. The build quality of the Iskur V2 is robust. The chair features a steel frame that provides a solid foundation and stability. The five-star base is constructed from reinforced nylon and includes smooth-rolling casters that work well on both carpeted and hard floors. In summary, if you are in the market for a high-end gaming chair that prioritizes ergonomic support and offers extensive customization options, the Razer Iskur V2 is worth considering. Its standout lumbar support system and overall build quality make it a strong contender in the premium gaming chair category. I highly recommend this gaming chair for those who are looking for a high quality product.

    Great Step up from V1

I have the V1 and while I like it overall, I’ve always thought that the curve of the back was a little too aggressive and that the seat feels like it tips forward a bit. With this edition they fixed both those issues and they also improved the bottom cushion to be more comfortable. Design is still sturdy and reliable. All the components feel heavy duty and durable. They changed the way the covers work to cover the brackets that hold the backrest to the seat rest so that it seems more sturdy and less likely to break. The right side on my V1 cracked and broke loose within a few months. It’s mostly aesthetic, but its good to see they fixed that issue. They have added some additional features for the lumbar support where the pad that gives that support can move both forward and back to increase or decrease support, but it can also move up and down to add the support in different locations based on your height. It works well, but I did notice that since I don’t do a lot of support that it turns out to be a bit loose and can wobble a bit back and forth. Its not uncomfortable or anything and I got used to it pretty quickly, but it threw me off for a bit until I figured out what was going on. It recommends 2 people to set it up, but I did it by myself without a problem, but I could see someone that was younger, so not as tall, not as long a reach or maybe not as strong, might need a second person. All in all it only took me about 15 minutes to get the whole thing set up and I didn’t need any additional tools, they provided everything. The packaging was really well done and bordering on overkill, but it made sure everything came in pristine condition without any scratches or scuffs. The only thing that I really don’t get was that they included a set of gloves to “build it”. Not necessary and a bit quirky, but I guess maybe someone knows a good reason for it. Overall I really like this chair and it’s a good step up from V1.

I got this chair for computer and video games and I really appreciate the build quality. I work from home and have purchases premium office chairs for myself and my wife in our home office and I find this chair to have far more in common with ones costing more than Razer's instead of with similarly priced models. Its weight rated over 300lbs and the frame, legs and pneumatic mechanism all feel very stable. The chair itself of reasonable heavy which I also find very reassuring. I'm somewhat tall and this chair adjusts well to fit my frame, although I found the strap-on head pillow to be an annoyance: height, tilt and three-way adjustable arms plus two-way adjustable lumbar mean I can really dial it in. The seat itself is well cushioned: in many chairs sub $300 I can tell that I'm going to be sitting on steel frame within a couple months and that is not the case here: it pads my read end like a well-loved lazy boy recliner. Because of how adjustable this is it also fits my 12yo son equally as well as me: as easy as he reconfigures an ipad he flips the adjustments and destroys my fine-tuned seat adjustments to meet his diminutive frame. Overall this is a premium gaming chair: hopefully I still think so after a couple years of use.

So, if you are looking for a nice chair that will be comfortable for a decent amount of time, this is a good one to look at. There are things, however, that from a casual gamer standpoint, I tend to look at. First, it is well made and is awesome to look at. I love the black and green mix. The chair is comfortable to sit in for the basic gaming sessions. It has nice arm rests that are adjustable and they do go outward on the rest portion to give a different arm angle. The included head rest slip over the top Velcro thingy, I do not like. It is basically useless. Also, the seat is comfortable, just not comfortable for anything past a couple hours. If you are looking for all day gaming comfort, this is not the chair. It is easy to put together, easy to use and will adjust to your desired seating position easily. One note, is the adjustable arm rest has a clicking squeeze that lets you place your armrest to the desired height. My left arm has never worked since installation, no matter what I do to remedy, it will not hold. Overall, decent chair, for gaming, I would recommend.

    My Razer Gaming Chair

I picked up the chair today. I do really like the chair. My previous chair was a tank and was still in good condition after 6 years. This chair a lot of amenities. It feels very robust thus far. My only gripe would be the seat. I am not exactly svelte in my over 50 body. I would have loved for the seat to have 1 more inch or so of depth. Outside of that, I love how you can adjust the lumbar on the chair. Definitley a well built chair. Time will tell how well it will last compared to the tank it is replacing.
