Bought this chair as a gift for my 6'3" husband. He loves it! He said it's the first time he's ever sat in such a comfortable chair, especially a gaming chair. He has lower back problems and the adjustable lumbar support is a "game changer" (his exact words). I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone who finds that most gaming chairs aren't typically tall enough for them. There was a small rip in the leather, but that didn't affect the overall quality of the chair. Our local Best Buy staff was very helpful with getting it into our car. Heads up - the box probably won't fit in a sedan! It is also pretty heavy. We had to unbox it and put the individual pieces into our car.

Absolutely love this chair. The lumbar support helps when gaming and im glad i went with the XL. Doesnt make me feel smothered.

Chair is amazing, super comfortable, love the adjustable arm rests. My one complaint is that one of the parts wasn’t built properly so I was only able to screw 3 out of screws. The company sent replacement parts, but not the way it came in the box originally so that’s annoying, having to assemble additional parts to fix it. I didn’t bother and sent it back. Despite that, love my product and recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable gaming chair. Box is HUGE. So I recommend getting it delivered if you don’t have a huge trunk or pickup

Very comfortable but takes a little getting used to, compared to my softer leather office chair. I only decided to get this for the fabric and I sat on it in a Staples and liked it. What I really dislike is the actual seating area which is oddly narrow for an XL Gaming Chair. It leaves no room to place or fold your feet on.

Great chair that I use for work from home. Little bulky but that speaks to the quality. Feels like it will withstand the abuse (have kids).

Its not a bad chair overall, but it leans to far forward and wont rock back very far. So for me at least, it gives me a neck ache. They need to upgrabe the tilt on the base.

Great overall chair. The lumbar function is extremely difficult to use out of the box and requires adjustments after being put together to make it work. Beautiful fabric, and logo work is sharp. Size of the chair is great.
