Im not sure why people are saying this thing is comfortable. Its like sitting on a piece of wood! No padding whats so ever, so I returned it.

Best chair I've ever had, definitely a back saver.

I ordered this chair without having sat in one because it had good reviews and was made a respected brand. The chair was a huge dissappointment in the area of comfort. It actually caused my tailbone to hurt because there wasn't sufficient cushion/support in that area. I was surprised by this as I purchased the XL which is rated for up to 400lbs. As far as fit and finish the chair was manufactured well as it should have been for an MSRP of $599. Anyway, I cannot recommend this chair and I returned the one that I purchased.

I am giving it 3.5 stars. I purchased the fabric Grey model while on sale for 299USD. There are some reviews on youtube that points out the chair is somewhat a mystery. There is a large amount of room between the arm rest and seat cushion. I think you could gain some seat width just by expanding the seat toward the arm rest. Also the bolts do feel like they could be overtightened striping threads very easily. Perhaps there is a solution for this. The Fabric material feels very nice. The arm 4d adjustment work but if you are a big guy with short arms like a t rex you might find your arms sitting just partially on the arm rest. Overall the chair is well built with a few dimension quirks that could be addressed. I think the lumbar support is robust but like others reported does from time to time have a popping sound. I would only recommend this chair @ a 2-300 dollar price point. not at the 599MSRP.

Great value and supports back very nicely. I am 6'6 and fits perfect.

The chair will have you sitting with good posture. I end my workdays feeling great. The seat is a little too firm when you first get it, but after a week I found it very comfortable. If you see it on sale, give it a try!
