This pad is not so great for the money. It does the same as a $1 mouse pad.

If I bought again i'd buy a more expensive one. This one is already starting to fray on the edges. Razer is overpriced, i'd only buy this for a die hard fan of Razer.

Better quality than those cheap basic ones. Comes rolled up, but lays flat easily. Surface is comfortable, but might pick up dust easier. Only time will tell is the microfibers stay intact depending on how heavy a person games though. Should be fine for regular use. Doubles as a screen/keyboard protector for laptops and can wipe the screen as well.

The Kabuto is named after the Traditional Japanese Helmet. And it stands true to the name. It covers my keyboard when I travel and protects the screen. I originally thought i was just buying a 20 dollar mousepad to match the rest of my gaming gear, but i was terribly wrong. This thing is pretty nice. A good size, much bigger than a regular mouse pad, it feels amazing and gives my Razer Mamba the much needed control i crave. I tested this on numerous games like Alliance Of Valiant Arms (An IJJI favorite), Battlefield 2, Dawn of War, Red Alert 3, etc. The Results come out the same every time. This mousepad is fantastic. I never have to worry about running out of mousepad to run on because this baby is just the right size. Not to mention it looks great too! Any day i would reccomend this. PROS: Great Control, Great Look, Great Texture, Same Razer Quality (That means Excellent in case you didnt know), Large Surface Area, Protects my laptop on long trips CONS: During hours of intense gaming, I have noticed it likes to slide a little after a while. Not much, but enough to push it off the edge of my desk a little but. Also It is a bit expensive, but could be worse! You get what you pay for (and you pay for excellence) OVERALL: Beautiful Mousepad. I have never had anything like it before. It is more responsive and superior to everything else I have used. I would tell anybody who wants a quality mousepad to buy Razer.

Great surface for gaming or any other task where precision tracking is needed. Like the larger size. Easy to roll up and take with you when on the go. Feels nice and hope to get lots of use out of this product. Like it so far.

This one was bought for my friend as a gift, along with a Razer gaming mouse. My friend was quite satisfied with the fine texture and good quality. It feels soft and thin, but not too thin. It's also very easy to carry around, even can be folded and put in the pocket. Overall, it's a very nice mouse pad for everyday use.

    Nice but a bit small

Although this is a mobile version of mice pad, it's still a bit small than I expected. The quality of the pad is amazing, soft and smooth. It's a great pad of laptop because you can carry it anywhere easily. I used my Razer Imperator on it, it tracks well and move quickly with no noise (soft surface). The other thing that you need to beware of is also the soft surface. It's not plastic or hard wave cloth, it's kinda Acrylic fibers or something man made that makes the surface so easy to get dirty by fur or hair (especially you have a cat or dog at home),and it also easy to be scratched by sharp things, even your nails. I'll recommend it for laptop users, not hardcore gamers. You need bigger and more durable pads instead.

    Great Mat! Awesome Price!

I use a Razer Mamba Chroma TE for this mat and it's awesome! The Razer software allows you to calibrate the mouse for the mat and this is supported. It also doubles as a screen protector for your laptop when you're on the go. Good stuff here!

    Little Small, but great quality

I'm a big Razer fan and I needed a mouse pad (cheap desk was losing its finish QUICK), decided to spring the extra few bucks to support the brand. It has a really nice feel, decent hold on the desk, and cleans easily in the sink (handy!). that said, it is a little small for my taste, and given that it's so thin and light it's super grippy underside can't really keep it bolted down by any means. I wish I had gone with a larger pad, but this was the only one I had available (in store) that wasn't super obnoxious. That's my only complaint though, it's still a high quality product

    Razer ftw

I must confess I bought this item to compliment my other Razer brand gear. This mouse pad is a bit larger width-wise than your average pad and is also very nice and sleek. It is quite thin, possibly 1/3 of the thickness you would see from an average pad. The rubber backing really grips my desk and prevents it from sliding around. Razer does advertise this product as doubling being also a screen-protector for laptops when they are closed, however that seems a bit excessive. After measuring the product it can cover a screen of about 13" inches, however if you have a larger screen it obviously won't cover it all and if you have a smaller screen don't expect it to fit, especially with netbooks. The surface "delivers gaming-grade precision," although I have a Razer gaming mouse I have not had much time to test this, but it does seem a bit more responsive. If you have a normal mouse (optical/ball mouse) you probably will have little to no advantage here unless you own a laser or higher precision mouse. Which brings me to the cost, Razer is notorious for its steep prices on its gaming accessories. However, this is one of the few affordable products they offer to the more average person. It's quite a luxurious mouse pad for the price and is even better if you can catch it on sale!
