The first headset would not pair with our wi-fi so it was returned and a new unit was given to us to replace it. The second headset would pair but not maintain the connection so we returned this as well.

Doesn't matter if connected Bluetooth or with Xbox wireless adapter. If they're not producing static, there's no sound at all. HARD PASS.

The mic is horrid.

But if you are wanting to ever be able to use the mic without an insane echo or have every single noise in the background (like your heartbeat) go through the mic. Do NOT get this headset. The mic is absolutely atrocious! And it has nothing in the settings for mic sensitivity.
