Headphones work amazing! They connect very easily and have great sound quality! The halo theme is very cool as well

uh oh! terrible microphone ambient noise. still hasn't been fixed. Avoid if you have a family or any other noises happening in your house. otherwise sounds great

This headset stopped working for me a week after I began to use it. It would constantly disconnect from my Xbox, and when it was connected the sound went in and out and was full of static. I also experienced a lot of difficulty even getting it connected to the Razor app on the Xbox. It seemed the longer I played a game the worse it got. I tried to use this headset on a Series X, a Series S, and with both a normal controller and an Elite Series 2, no matter what, the headset did not work. In addition, it really did not like the Elite Series 2 controller, as even that controller would disconnect when using this headset. I read online that this headset was experiencing difficulty when using a wireless controller. I did not have a wired one, although it did perform slightly better when my wireless controllers were plugged in and charging, but still it was a terrible experience. I contacted Razor support and after troubleshooting it and making sure it was fully updated it still was not working. I do not believe this is the same for every headset, but do be aware there is a chance this will not be compatible with your Xbox and controllers as others are having similar issues. Thankfully Best Buy has a fantastic return policy and even though I had discarded the box they still accepted the return abs fully refunded me.

I'm hard of hearing and these are terrible Terrible audio quality and volume is really low eq settings don't help

Do not purchase. This is my third pair and it still constantly disconnects and reconnects. Many other people online have reported the issue and there is a slew of "fixed" that don't fix the issue.

Works great. Love the theme. Pretty decent headset for the price.
