Armor Code did not work, headphones returned.

I bought these for the Halo Infinite armor code that was supposed to be contained in the packaging. The code was there but somehow, someone else had used it. Best Buy was unable to help since the code was technically from a third party. So I returned the headphones. No Harm. no foul. However, I did purchase the corresponding mouse and keyboard that Razer produced for Halo Infinite and they both work great. So I would imagine the headphones are good to quite good.

Sound is terrible

Tons of distortion. Most up-to-date firmware and default EQ, and things just sound bad (games, Twitch, YouTube, video, etc). I love Razer products, usually ... but I'll be returning these and I highly recommend you pass. Apparently there's a reason they were significantly discounted.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

I unplugged the mic once and then every time after I used it my friend heard a loud ringing noise every time I had the mic plugged in. Would not recommended. Defective product. Way too much money. Just laying around now.

Mic cuts out all the time and had to reconnect. Got a cable to reduce the distance down to 5 feet, still cuts out about every 5-7 minutes.
