Poor product and Customer Service

I went back and forth on whether to get the Razer or the Logitech. Went with Razer and almost immediately started having an issue where the camera would not focus. I tried everything from restarting, re-installing, trying on different computers, the works. So I started the RMA. Now I sit one month later with no webcam, out $100, and stuck streaming and having zoom meetings with no video. Razer claimed in an email to have processed my replacement unit 3 weeks ago. They say that they are waiting for a replacement unit from Hong Kong. I’m not sure I understand why we are waiting for it to arrive from Hong Kong when new units are everywhere. I had to send them an email because it’s been 6 days since last contact and I have no tracking information for a replacement. I also sit here with a Razer Mouse, Razer Keyboard, Razer Speakers and Razer Headset/Stand shaking in my boots that I ever have to send any of them in for an RMA. Guess I’ll have better luck throwing it in the garbage and buying a different brand. TL;DR - Customer Service and Camera are not good, look elsewhere for a webcam.
