fine camera - meh light

And due to the positioning, it is very much right in your eyes and also reflected as light rings in both glasses lenses when yo put glasses on. Regarding would I recommend - it depends on what the friend is looking for.

Worked great other than some focus problems in the beginning. Once I had it setup though, was good. Then I moved into a new house, new room, new setup. I don't know if it is the different lighting, the bigger room or what. But now I cannot get it to focus and it stays very dark. I have tried lighting the room well and the opposite to no luck. Now it just sits on my monitor never getting use. If I were to do it again, I would have spent a little more and went with something else.
