Great for the price, works well for video calls and the occasional stream. Definitely better out there but if you can get it for under $80 it's better than the Logitech options. The light ring is a nice addition but it doesn't replace proper lighting.

I game in the dark and needed a webcam to chat with friends. It’s not the highest quality picture but not bad. I did notice that it’s the best camera I’ve used in the dark not just because of the built-in light but even with the light turned off, the software that auto adjusts the light is superior to others.

The fact it has a controllable light in it is what sold me. Very easy setup!

This camera is so clear it will make you self conscious. So don’t recommend if you’re worried about how much others can see of your face. If you twist the light, you can have it dim to where it barely feels like it’s on, or crank that twist brightness modifier all the way up and take an x-ray right at home!

Nice starter webcam. I bought it on sale at abour half its retail price and its worth the money. I scarely use it for webcam exam momitoring and I have yet to come across any problems.

Software and firmware are astoundingly bad. Low light mode is turned on by default whenever the camera is activated and this ruins the frame rate. The software doesn't actually save the camera settings so you have to turn this off every time (assuming the program allows you to). Had to use OBS to set up a virtual webcam since not all programs (like Microsoft Teams or Discord) allow tweaking of the webcam settings. Once I did this, I was able to tune the camera to get good performance but this is an annoyance and hassle to perform every time I use it.

I love this webcam. This will certainly boost your webcam experience. I like the adjustable light. Perfect for streaming and video recording too.

Simple plug n play. Adjustable ring lighting for brightness. Beware the ring light causes a reflection in your eyes as well as other backgrounds when close to the camera.

Good camera quality. Vanity light is a huge bonus.

First off, I love Razer. I purchase their products often. I ordered this camera because I wanted to start streaming video games on Twitch, and as a broke college student decided this price tag was decent. I checked out some mixed reviews and decided to order it anyway. The quality is okay. Not great, not awful. I used this camera with several devices including a laptop, ps4, and Xbox one. Quality remained the same. Forget the light, it’s absolutely terrible. Even on the lowest possible setting my skin is an ugly, awfully contrasted white/yellow. I positioned the camera differently, moved further away, even in a pitch black room with my screen brightness turned all the way down the light on the lowest setting was BAD. It gets the job done if you need a camera, but for $100 I would save my money.

My Kiyo camera broke down just two months after the one-year guarantee expired—so it effectively died 14 months after I bought it. Even though these products look nice, I think they might just be poorly built. Neither Razer nor Best Buy would fix or replace it once the warranty was up. So you could end up with a device that lasts just a little over a year before giving out. Something to consider if you're thinking about Razer products.

Despite saying it is only compatible with Windows, this webcam works on my Mac! The webcam still autofocuses while plugged into my Mac as well.

Great image quality, and the light ring is very bright, and adjustable. Unfortunately a bit difficult to adjust the zoom/crop of the camera--it's hidden behind an advanced settings panel when it should be front and center like Logitech cameras.

Solid webcam. Great quality and clarity. Don’t even really need the light. It picks up sound too so you have to make sure you use your speakers or headset as your default device. Rests nicely on top of the monitor. Definitely a solid streaming camera
