Stopped working after three months. The attempt to determine how to apply for warranty was cumbersome and requires more minutes than I have to dedicate. DISAPPOINTING!!!

Horrible camera no wonder its so cheap. Shove this camera where the sun dont shine. Enjoyed the stickers.

The camera quality is grainy in low light, and if you choose to use the ring light it’s way too bright, even at low settings. Plus your face will be blocked out if your monitor has a slightly bright image on it. Logitech is a better option.

Returned. Would not work with my desktop after your person on chat with me assured me I would love this one and it would do exactly what I wanted it to

This item is so bad I would not recommend this to anyone… it makes you look so bad and there’s nothing good about it DO NOT GET

Unfortunately cant say any goods to this. Bad: 1. Light was not bright enough 2. Image quality from the 2010's No matter what I did to try to make the image better, nothing worked.

Camera quality is terrible. Ring light is completely ineffective.

for some reason you have to have razer synapse running to use the ring light even when there is no software control for the light what so ever ... if you already use synapse then im sure its no big deal

Heard great things about this one but when I tried it at my place, the colors looked very unnatural. The light shining on your face directly, especially if you have glasses isn't really beneficial.

The light ring is nice but a bit distracting and I wish there was a privacy cover. The quality wasn't all that good and I ended up returning in favor of a Logitech C922 Pro.

I’m giving this as a Christmas gift and I’m hoping my daughter will like it. I will update my review after Christmas.

Served me fairly well over 2 years, but ultimately shorted out somewhat randomly.

Any setting you change in the razer synapse software will be completely reset when you turn off the camera. You have to make changes EVERY TIME YOU USE IT.

...forcing you to turn off manually. I open a support ticket about this issue. They demanded about 20 different things to even begin looking at issue including fa bunch if personal stuff. Also demanded the purchase receipt a , get this, A VIDEO of the problem. SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE Stick with Logitech is my advise

This product works great until it doesn’t. It doesn’t work long past the one year mark. It just stops working without warning. Not worth it.

I bought this to be a webcam for work, not for streaming games. It worked great the first two times . . . then stopped. I will be returning it.

Razer no longer supports this camera, and their current software will brick your hardware. Do not buy.

My Razer Kiyo randomly died on me after 5 months of very light usage. If I try to use it the camera and microphone don't work and the ring light flashes brightly with a high pitched noise emitting from the camera. This persists until I unplug the camera.
