The company I work for recently had our first Zoom meeting which was for a legal matter. The laptop I was going to use had a built-in camera and microphone but wanted something that was higher quality than what was standard on my computer due to the topics being discussed. Also needed better lighting as my computer didn't offer any and standard overhead fluorescent bulbs found in most offices wasn't good enough. Decided to purchase this camera as it was in stock, had an all-in-one light ring, and prior reviews stated it was easy to install. Picked up at a Best Buy two counties over from where I live with no issues. I love my local Best Buy. They didn't have both of the items I needed so I found one near my parent's home that did and picked it up on my way over. Installation was super easy. Followed the directions, plugged everything in, and went to the Zoom test page. Image came right up on the zoom meeting. Didn't need to go into the settings or anything. Literally just plug and play. It has a nice clever mount so you can hook it to the monitor meaning no need for a stand. Puts it right at face level so our face was centered pretty well on the screen with no adjustment. Works really well. No issues whatsoever.

I like this webcam for the higher quality picture, but the ring light on it does mess with my face tracking

I haven't been able to use it much yet, but the quality and setup have been extremely smooth and simple. The cam can be set up and placed anywhere within your vicinity and still have a great effect when it comes to the lighting. For the lack of time I've had and used it, it's treated me well.

Pros: noticeably HD quality (especially next to other 720p zoom squares!), adjustable stand/mount and little ring light, sturdy construction, integrates seamlessly in synapse Cons: the stand/mount is a little bulky and not well suited for thin-bezeled monitors Overall a great external webcam though maybe wait for a sale.

Super easy to use webcam. the software is simple enough to use as well. I have been using it for my stream with no complaints, other than maybe the autofocus at night. And that is very nitpicky, It is a great all in one camera ang light for the money.

I use this aswell as anotyer webcam to get near full body tracking for vr games without having to use a headset and this cameras light makes both cameras function way better

Living between two houses and needing to video chat and call - this camera is great. We originally bought it to start streaming reveals and video content so it will eventually serve both purposes. My boyfriend is able to have his lights off and I can still see him without issues since there's a light built in,

The picture quality is great and having the light ring around the camera works better than having to set up a separate light so I can be seen in online meetings. There are multiple settings that can be adjusted in the Razer Synapse software, but I don't need to use any of them for my basic usage of online classes and work meetings.

Got this for my boyfriend who streams games, he absolutely loves it. The ring lights up and focuses on him so easily, no matter the lighting, the mic surprisingly is very good, and the software with it is compatible with everything he uses so far. I got this on sale, but I'd say its worth the full price as well.

I bought this camera to connect to my 3D printer so I could monitor prints when I am away from it. The light is amazing for making sure I can always see whats going on even when the lights in the room are off. The quality of the camera is perfect for my applications and I love the small footprint as well.

I'd seen some so-so reviews of this webcam, but they are wrong. It's very good. The autofocus works well, the mic is good, and the ring light makes it easy to make adjustments on the fly. I have a weekly virtual meeting, and it is clearly the best webcam being used. The video quality is just visibly apparent.

This is a fairly good beginner camera for a new streamer. I love the ability to change the brightness so I don’t look washed out. Plus I can set it on the desk or to the monitor! Its perfect and a reasonable deal.

High quality webcam for the price (paid $48) dollars. Great clarity snd the autofocus feature is nice, plus the ring light keeps the picture bright. Great webcam.

Good for the price. The price is on the higher side compared to most webcams. Since other ones about the same quality as this one can be around $70. I was looking at many different webcams and stumbled upon this one by Razer. Something I really like is that you can adjust all the settings on the cam. You do have to use the Razer Application to adjust it though. The picture quality is also very good. It has a good auto focus. Haven't had any problems with the focus as of yet. The picture isn't grainy like cheaper webcams tend to have. The built in light is also nice and easy to use. I do wish that the light had a even dimmer setting on it. If you want better lighting for your face, this cam does it. The built in mic is also good quality. I haven't had anyone tell me that my voice was distorted. It was very easy to use. I do own several other accessories by Razer, so that may have been the reason for the ease. I recommend this webcam. As long as you don't mind the price tag.

Good picture quality, Great microphone too. I wanted to be a streamer but I just ended up looking like an idiot, so instead now I do yugioh opening reviews online. Haven’t gained much traction but I just quit my job so we’ll see how it goes! Razer is overpriced in my opinion, you could probably get better for cheaper. You also have to deal with the “Razer” software download before you can use it, and every time you open that program it pops up to order more of their stuff.

Camera was easy to set up, has clear and crisp picture. Has a bright picture even w/o the ring light on. The ring light can get very bright which is helpful when you have a space with poor lighting. Microphone is great and I didn't notice any weird sounds like other reviews mentioned.

Video looks great. Built in ring light adds enough light on my face without lighting up my background. Good value for the money.
