The video quality is six-stars and the audio isn't too bad either. This is offset by the driver software. It is simply inexcusable for it to identify in software (Zoom, Skype, etc.) as "USB Video Device" instead of something like "Razer Kiyo". This is something I would have expected from a cheap no-name webcam. As a software engineer I would have been both embarrassed and reprimanded if I let driver software go out the door like that. Hey, at least it identifies itself clearly in the control panel device manager. Second, during installation of the driver, it pops up a pretty large notification box pushing you to install their application software which isn't necessary at all to use the camera. Again, inexcusable. A driver is a driver, not a driver plus a plug for other software.

i ordered this item, it just came in and looking at the packaging, and this is a good webcam, it is bright and it is nice and i do reconmend using it because it works well and is easy to set up, HOWEVER big disclaimer, razor advertises it at 1080p at 60 fps, all the websites ADVERTISE at 1080p however it is not 1080p HD, its 720p at 60 fps, please do not listen to the advertised quality it is not correct

Worked great for almost two years until it suddenly didn’t anymore. Bought another one because I legit love this thing so much. Get the protection plan though because it may not last two years.

Whether you're using it to work from home for meetings or chatting with friends the video quality comes in clear! Also know that you don't have to waste your time with Razer's software in order for this webcam to work properly. I was able to plug in and use it immediately after it finished installing via USB. In terms of webcam software there are better alternatives out there especially compared to Razer's since they don't give you much control in terms of settings. To explain, Razer's software needs to take control of the video feed in order to make changes to settings which don't save over to any program you're trying to use it for. Definitely check the specs to see if it fits your needs on the video side of things but since it has a built-in mic I didn't have to worry about the extra expense. Especially seeing as how the mic quality was surprising good.

Wonderful general purpose webcam, and the ring light built in makes lighting for craft streaming (I stream crochet occasionally, and use this for handcam for friends wanting to learn crochet) a total snap. It is *intense* to look at directly if you are light sensitive, but if you aren’t I am guessing it’s just fine. Colors show up great in my streams :)

It's a sharp camera. The settings help moderately. I would like a way to shut off the light when it is active.

Almost double the megapixels in a Logitech camera, 1/2 the price, plus the light is powerful and makes a massive difference in the overall video quality. For only $50.00, I don't think you could find a better product on the market. Worth it!!!! Side note: it's very adjustable and can be flipped upside down, twisted, and manipulated in any (practical) way to get the correct angle. Plugs in via standard USB!

Great camera in every aspect, i use it daily on Teams & Zoom. The image quality and ring light is great. People remark how good I look! Sound is great as well. I have been using it over a year without any issues.

My image on Zoom is always clear and well lighted. It does not come with software, but it worked at once with Zoom. The light is lovely.

Needed a webcam for both work and being stuck at home and it works great. It took a long time to find one but made the hour round trip to pick it up. Plug and play. Pic is clear and smooth. Light ring is great to keep my face bright when all other lights are off.

Been waiting for this to get back in stock for a while. Easy to set up and use. My only complaint is that if the window is shrunk down to a small size the image can be pixelated, full screen it looks great.

I was shocked on the quality its perfect for my streaming specially my room is not that bright cause I use a soft while lumens it works good!

Great value for the quality. The led light helps a lot but its so good in low light sometimes i dont even need it.

Had issues with my laptop not related to this camera, so used it on a PC and it worked well. Mic works good for the price and the image came out clean and smooth. Only issue was using the Razer program on my computer but besides that no issues (minus my laptop not working with any webcam I have tried using)
