I just need to find a use for it

Defective item cost me valuable time.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the Kiyo Pro yesterday and everytime I plugged it in, I got a "USB Power Surge" message, telling me that there is not enough power to run the device. This is not true, as I have 6 USB 3.0+ ports on my PC tower alone.. and the device power surged every single one of them. I then tried to run it through and external USB strip with its own power supply in addition to the computer's.. and it blew every single switch on the external USB strip. (This one monitors and turns the USB off on its own) So i pulled out two addional laptops with all kinds of USB 3.0+ ports, and it crashed all of them. Tried a number of different USB cables and all. I checked online, and the Razer support manual's only suggestion is to get a better computer with better ports, but that's clearly not my issue. A few independent searches online tell me this tends to be a somewhat common issue for all Razer devices and their tech support doesn't do much but ignore you or tell you to replace it. I returned it but will not be replacing it or using any of Razer's products. This was an absolute waste of a night that should have been spent working productively with devices that function right out of the box. Peak dissatisfied.
